@@JayFlexREALplease react to brother number four. Andy Gibb on the Midnight Special singing I Just Wanna Be Your Everything. Andy was a solo artist because he was actually born the year the Bee Gees were established. In early 1988 they announced that Andy would be joining the group as the forth Bee Gee but sadly he suddenly passed away on March 10th 1988 just five days after his 30th birthday. Still breaks my heart. Andy was so good.
"It’s common that your favorite Bee Gees song is whichever one you are listening to…" OMG! Ask me my favorite Beatles song -easy peasy, not a problem. Ask me my favorite Bee Gees song? I haven’t been able to answer that question yet after decades, and now I know why!! A SINGLE favorite Bee Gees song does NOT exist! Thank you, thank you for solving that "favorite Bee Gee song" mystery in my brain! It’s simply impossible to have ANY favorite Bee Gees song. Impossible. I can stop trying to name ONE favorite Bee Gee song now. You have explained the reason why I cannot do it!❤
One day I sat down and thought I would write down my 10 favorite BeeGees songs. Ha! a year later and the list has changed about 20 times. Impossible to do. Love them so much.
This is when they say that music can raise your vibration and it's obvious this song has done that for you! I totally believe it. When you feel down, go to the music like this. It always helps!
The DISCO days were so much fun. I'm sorry none of the kids can enjoy it like we did when we were young. Thats back before women wanted to be men. Back when men really loved women and women adored men!!
@JayFlexREAL Love when you react to The Bee Gees! I think back then when this song was made, they put more “soul” into music because we had no internet, UA-cam, instagram, computers, etc. They concentrated on the MUSIC!!!! Thank you for keeping this music alive!!!! It’s so refreshing seeing you youngsters enjoying our music❤ Artist can’t do this type music now…that’s why The Bee Gees are “sampled” so much by today’s artists!
I love how much you appreciated that song. It's very underrated in terms of top Bee Gees songs. It's my 2nd favorite. Number 1 is "Too Much Heaven." Incredible. Yes, this song is Funky, Soulful, Groovy, Euphoric, and much more. Just subscribed. Great job!!!
FUNK is the right word!❤ " A symphony of sounds" - what a great way to describe this song. There is so much going on in this song, the several choruses & bridges - I Just Love this One! Love your reaction!❤❤❤ Please react to : Embrace ( 2001 BeeGees!) Rings Around the Moon ( 1997 mysterious ballad- Robin leads) Bodyguard ( classic R&B) I Cant See Nobody ( Melbourne live '74 video) Morning of my Life - (view the early rare footage UK video - they are on a tv show! - other live videos shorten the song - dont show full song - this song is sheer poetry about childhood)
After years of listening to them I can’t pick a favourite, of of the only bands that can fill a best hits album with no space fillers Try listening to The Stylistics, fantastic high voices beautiful songs
I have over 150 favorite Bee Gees songs. I'm sure I'll keep adding to the list. Here's some great ones for you to react to, Fanny Be Tender With My Love. Tragedy. Alone. When He's Gone. Mr Natural. They have been covered and sampled a lot. Their song How can you mend a broken heart beautifully covered by Al Green. ❤
Love Love Love this song and my Fabulous Bee Gees 💜💜So much fun sharing these reactions with you flex and watching your grooving, smiling to these wonderful songs ❣️❣️❣️ keep going cuz you have a long while yet but wait till you hear more amazing tracks !! ☮️💟
Fanny be tender with my love will be YOUR favorite well then again the midnight special of nights on broadway could also be well then there is love so right hold on then you have for whom the bell tolls. Enjoy the rabbit hole lol
Watching this JayFlex video has been the high point of my day because it is such a pleasure witnessing someone discovering and enjoying the music from the 70's and 80's. The BeeGees had reinvented themselves a few times. I don't know if you have reacted to their earlier music but they had several fantastic songs back in the 60's as well. In this earlier run of theirs they tended to write songs described as melancholy with a somber tone but it worked really well for them with songs like Massachusetts Or New York Mining Disaster but two of my all time favorite Bee Gees songs from their early years are "TO LOVE SOME BODY" ua-cam.com/video/RQCT1f8IHK0/v-deo.html and "I Can't See Nobody" ua-cam.com/video/p9CiGkQQQVU/v-deo.html
As I heard someone else say about the songs of The Bee Gees, the song will either make you want to dance or fall in love. The only exceptions are I Started a Joke and New York Mining Disaster 1941.
By the way now that you have heard Maurice's voice, let's go back to 1968 and listen to Bee Gees with the emphasis of Robin's voice in 'I Started a Joke'.
The Bee Gees are the epitome of the saying, "music to my ears". I really enjoy watching a younger person enjoying the older great music! We felt the same way you do when we were listening to it back then! Their harmonies are just out of this world! I probably will get hate for saying this but autotune ruined music. It allowed anyone to put music out and now you have, outside of a few, mostly nondescript songs and voices.
I couldn’t suggest a bad Bee Gees song but if feelin the Barry falsetto try Reaching Out and of course Tragedy but every song I’ve ever heard them sing is a favorite ❤️
You got it right, I was a teenager when they were singing live !! And many more like them, Those years in music will be unforgettable !!!! ❤
"The way it hits your soul you can't replicate that" was beautiful!
You want your ears baptized again by them?? Try "Fanny, Be Tender with My Love" ❤💕
Here’s my reaction to that! ua-cam.com/video/hBxwoiVSz4I/v-deo.htmlsi=XjRAGJVSVGmLMhrg

Their songs are different as they passed through the decades. What is constant is their harmonies and songwriter
This is when they say that music can raise your vibration and it's obvious this song has done that for you! I totally believe it. When you feel down, go to the music like this. It always helps!
Das ist der Grund warum ich die Bee Gees liebe .....Jeder song ist eine Überraschung. ❤❤❤

Welcome to the long and winding road of The BeeGees! God bless.
Back then music was everything you know. Limited TV channels. No more bars, nothing. It was just work and music and that weekend Vibe

Prince, I am from the Bee Gees' era; they hit me precisely the way they hit you. Your innocent sincere reactions are so touching. Blessings.

What do you think would happen if a club began to play some great dance tunes from the 70’s? Would everyone walk? Would they dance and enjoy it? ❤️
Listen to the song
Spirits Having Flown. Awesome
Yeah man, ride that song.
If you like falsetto, you should react to 'Devotion' by Earth, Wind, and Fire. Have you reacted to any of their songs so far? Another great band!
Agree❤
Hey Flex. Another icon of my era ❤. Ignore the trolls lol

You should do Fanny be tender with my love but not the live version. Do the studio version; seems like it has more depth to it.
try the song Search Find off Spirits Having Flown album
It’s spelled BEE GEES.
Don't let the haters mess with you, on your thumbnail you put I'm am. You know that I'm is a contradiction right?
I'm is a "contraction," of I and am.
Falsetto is barry
The best! 🙂
(Hey, hon, your chair squeaks badly and we can hear it over your mike.)
It took me awhile to realize it was his chair and not mine!
