Hello mam.. Plz advice about pre work out meal... I have habit of tea during morning... I first take two glasses of water and after that tea with buiscuits and then after 30 minutes, I go for walk... I just had surgery of gall bladder stone before 15 days...btt i have fatty liver can i still follow this...doctor said i can't had apple cider vinegar as ut will cause acidity??
