      I put a reminder on my mobile to switch it off at 9 pm. After that, I begin my night routine - brush teeth, get into nightwear, make bed ready for sleep, dim lights if no book to read, put eye mask n try to go to sleep. If I can't get sleep immediately, I do some light exercise. Keeping mobile far away from bed helps.
