In this market you must know what your Value is to your clients. Why should a client use you and not a different realtor instead? What is it that gets you referrals after your closing is finished from your clients? Why do some agents thrive and others fail? YOU MUST KNOW YOUR VALUE. The recent NAR Lawsuit forces all realtors to explain their value when asking for commission. The National Association of Realtors lost a lawsuit which places new changes on all real estate agents nationwide. Make sure you know what value you are offering your buyers and sellers in this new world of real estate.

The thing is how do I not spend so much time with a potential client and they are not really going to buy something ?
That happens a lot. I'll show houses to buyers for a long time. lots of houses and it takes forever for them to pick one. but after it's all over it was worth it. I've only had 2 buyers where I shows lots of houses and they never bought anything at all. those are frustrating. the easy ones are nice where they only look at a few homes and they pick one fast. If the buyer is using a good lender, then they can help guide them to buy faster. The buyer usually gets cold feet due to the high payment and they get scared

But your channel videos Title, Description, Thumbnail, Social, Checklist, and SEO quality are not correct, If you don't solve these, video views won't increase and your channel won't grow.
