    And to think I was about to grab a 1/16" hole punch and start punching out "coins" on gold paper for several days until I had an adequate pile. This method saves my time *AND* sanity.

    • @TabletopWitchCRAFT

    Recently found your channel, and i'm loving all your videos. This technique is much better than the way I was going with loot piles, I'm wondering what do you do about all the excess glitter that will come off the finished piece? Or will that not be an issue this way?

    • @TabletopWitchCRAFT
      @TabletopWitchCRAFT  4 роки тому +1

      Any excess glitter will be in a solid little clump if you drop it after it cures (and they hold up to dropping really well too). This method coats every piece of glitter in Mod Podge and is super solid!

    • @TabletopWitchCRAFT
      @TabletopWitchCRAFT  4 роки тому

      Sounds like a fun project. This is a pretty quick project especially if you aren't going to be painting it. I would think it would be ok, the glitter holds up pretty well and is locked in place. I'd take a little extra time to tease any bubbles attached to the coins because of all the little air voids. Give it a shot.

    • @TabletopWitchCRAFT

      Great question. I would recommend that you use Mod Podge when sealing XPS foam. PVA glue is used to glue stuff together. Mod Podge has ingredients in it for: gluing, sealing, and finishing. It'll help protect your project better than PVA glue.
