Yes, I believe they are brothers.
Not only are CJ and Omar related, CJ's wife sings with American Sirens, a female trio who did Mele Kelikimaka with Geoff on his solo channel.
Omar and Cesar are best friends, and goofing around between takes were singing I've Had the Time of My Life from Dirty Dancing and even did the lift. Omar didn't go horizontal though. Lol!
