As a huge Elder Scrolls fan, this is the ultimate nerd-out experience... that iconic theme tune, the Dragon language, the 'Fus Ro Dah!' power shout, the attention to detail on the costumes...! 😍
I have listened to over a dozen covers of this song and NONE even comes close to this one. These guys hit it out of the park.
Eli lost his mind on this one. He had an out of body experience. His voice is sick.
And Geoff descended head first into the Mariana Trench. Those low notes were fricking insane.
watching Voiceplay is like being at the movies!
This is my absolute favorite of theirs. I never thought they'd get better than Hoist the Colours, but man! I still get chills when I hear it. How Geoff held that C#1 so long is beyond me. If I have to force a low note (in my range, not his) I can't hold it long. Cesar is wearing 20 pounds of real chain mail and Eli's lighting effects just add to the drama. The set is from Layne's Pattycake Productions and he uses it in a Disney themed series called Villain's Lair. Check them out. They're awesome and you'll see Emoni playing Ursula in it. The harmonies, the depth of sound, the vocal effects, the dramatic build ups--this one is just EPIC! The first time I heard it my hair stood on end when they started singing in the Dragon language and those shouts! Fus Ro Dah! is a power move in the actual video game. They also just released Aerosmith's Dream On and it's amazing (that Tyler high scream is done in harmony for cripes sake!) and was filmed in Eli's old high school. Geoff is supposed to release a new one tomorrow on Patreon. You should check out their cover of Cyndi Lauper's iconic song True Colors. It's so good and they all got a bit emotional singing it. No beatboxing, just beautiful harmony to add to a great message.
This definitely ranks among their best-but then I say that every song that comes out. Still, the voices, the costumes, the set, lights and arrangement-amazing. They left me wanting the rest of the movie.

I love it when VoicePlay feature either of the Cardona brothers. They had Omar in Superstition I think, and EJ in I Can't Make You Love Me and in my ***all time favorite,*** Go The Distance from Hercules.
