I just got my clear retainers and they are super thick but also don't fully cover the whole tooth. like they were cut in a straight line and cover about half or 2/3rds of the teeth not reaching the gum line. is this normal?
I bought the stuff to make my son retainers … and spent hours on it… making molds from putty, then the cast yellow mold , never could get the mold putty and cast to separate properly then the cast ..that I did make and put in the machine couldn’t separate the cast yellow stone from the plastic sheet … I’m soooo disappointed now my son teeth are going to be horrible.. the sorry ass dentist refused to give him retainers because he had a couple surface cavities after they took off his braces and I’m so disappointed as a mother… a freaking failure… 😞
