How do you separate the aligners from the models without cutting them off?
A little silicon as a separating agent and the vertical cut. Having a small height model is the key.

@@wakesurfidaho straight between the two part of the arch. If you are holding the model in front of you facing up. The cut goes from the bottom to top close to the front teeth.
Then roll the plastic to the sides from lingual/palatal to the buccal - twist clockwise each side.
Can I know the thickness of retainer...mine is 1mm and it is very hard...and difficult to put... should I use or tell my orthodontis..plz help
1mm is a common one but we use a thinner plastic which is close to 0.76mm.
