I have a viva-voce exam tomorrow, and it holds great significance for my academic progress. The exam encompasses various subjects, including anatomy, embryology, and tooth morphology. After watching your video, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your invaluable guidance. Your teachings have truly been a lifesaver for me. I was moved to tears by the clarity and depth of your explanations. Thank you for being such an exceptional educator.
I have a tooth exam coming up. I am a studying dental hygienist. I downloaded these steps and have watched all your videos. I can't begin to thank you for taking the time to make these easy to follow videos. Do you have any advice on how you study through dental school. I find that when I have a tooth model in my hand its easier to study as well as identify the features of each tooth etc.
Good luck with your tooth exam! Honestly, the more hands on your studying the better in my opinion. Nothing beats actively learning something. If you can talk things out, draw things out, or recreate charts from memory, that will go a much longer way than just reading and rereading a textbook. 💕
Holy sh*t this is one of the best explanation videos I have ever seen. My exam is tomorrow and I went from "maybe I'll pass" to "this is so easy" thank you thank you thank you!!!
😂 Thank you! The goal was to make this sometime tricky/puzzle like task as simple as possible for students. So happy I was successful! Good luck on your test today 🍀🦷
I actually graduated dental school before covid happened & now im reentering the dental field. This is a nice refresher to help me study for the RDA exam. Im so glad that i came across your videos i find them very helpful.
I am a first year hygiene student and found this video really helpful, so I shared it with the rest of my classmates. All of them say that it helped them a lot!
You're amazing !!! You did your best & it is the best, great job doctor you deserves the best, may allah have mercy on you 🌹, you helped so much great work 👏🏽
Wow! You really explained it so well, none of my teachers could explain me with this ease. This coming from a fresh undergrad, I'm really thankful to you✌
thankyou for making my exams easier, i'm actually got a B and my passing grade must have B+ so I basically failed and there are remedial exams. I'm kinda struggling with incisor teeth to determine whether it's central or lateral. also there are deciduous teeth, will you make a post about it? Thank you so much. means a lot to me having this cheat sheet :)
Identification is not hard but when you only have one minute to identify the tooth you can't do all these steps and mistakes are evident. Can you tell me how to do it faster
Thank you for your helpful video, but I think there was a problem related to maxillary molars, you wrote that the first molar has a prominent distolingual cusp but I think it's mesiolingual cusp that is prominent
Sorry for any confusion. I said this to mean the distolingual cusp is prominent in comparison to the OTHER MAXILLARY MOLARS not in comparison to the OTHER CUSPS of the maxillary first molar. Good luck with your studies! 💕🦷
8:05 Hey Dr. Clara! I know you mentioned that the DL cusp of the maxillary first molar is the most prominent cusp. I may be mistaken but I was taught that the ML cusp was the most prominent. Could you please clarify this for me?
Hello 👋 yes… the ML cusp of the max 1st molar is the most prominent compared to all the other cusps of the max 1st molar. HOWEVER…. Here we are comparing to the other maxillary molars NOT the other cusps of the same tooth. The DL cusp of the max 1st is the most prominent DL cusp compared to the DL cusps of the maxillary 2nd and 3rd molars. You can see the DL cusp getting smaller in the picture. hope that helps 😁
Oh no did I misspeak somewhere 🤦♀️ I checked where I talk about the maxillary first molar at 8:03 (I just say that there is a cusp of carabelli with no particular location) and at 11:28 (I say it is on the mesial). Where do I say it is on the DL cusp?
Thank you for watching and sharing your feedback. 2 recommendations....(1) you can adjust the setting of the video to go at a reduced speed to make it easier for you (2) be sure to download the guide and then you won't have to take notes and go at your own pace. The same information in this video is in the guide. Good luck with your tooth ID exams! Happy Studying! 💕🦷

It’s a really good video, but you talk too fast with so much information being thrown in. It’s hard to keep up.
