It helps but the thing that fucks everything up is the look after doing all theese steps...You can say after that Gta V looks like the bad game from some android knock off
its a settings.xml, its basically the same thing that is probably on your computer(if you have GTA V) but with a few numbers changed to another number. Its harmless.

It may not run on intel hd 400. If it is Intel HD 4000, then you will get Avg 30 fps with frame drops
