      Justin Beckford If you take out the "iconic creator" factor, I would say he's the best of all time.

    So true what Hickman says, you have to look out for yourself, and never stop producing, I think it keeps everyone satisfied, including yourself, when you keep making things. Thanks for uploading.

      Marvel has been shit since he left. Jason Aaron is their only redeeming factor. I did enjoy Bendis' Infamous Iron Man, and I love what he's done with Dr. Doom. I'm thinking Aaron is planning something big with his new Avengers book, which was just released. One year ago, when you made this comment, there wasn't much to enjoy.

      @@TheMastermind729Fair enough. What I meant is he the torch bearer for the style of book they popularized in the late 90’s.

      +Alexandermovies Have you read Hickman's Fantastic Four run? It's connected to his Avengers/New Avengers runs.

    • @Alexandermovies

      I have not. I take it he did the final run? before it was cancelled. Im actually going back and reading man without fear, and the swamp thing run by alan moore.

      Alexandermovies He wrote the Fantastic Four & FF runs before the Avengers ones. After those Fraction came onboard the FF titles and Hickman switched to New Avengers/Avengers.

    👍👍Gran autor Sr Hickman. Me gustaría ver publicado en España, su obra feel better now. Se podría hacer una serie de televisión. Por las pocas referencias, que tengo. Tiene que ser una obra muy interesante. Me encantó pax Romana y otras cosas que he leído.. Saludos y gracias por su atención 👍👍

    HIs books are so confusing. I almost had no idea as to what was happening in Infinity; Hell I had to quit the Avengers books, their just no fun anymore.

    • @krim7
      @krim7 10 років тому +9

      He writes for the long game, so you have to read his books all the way through for everything to click.
      For Infinity, did you read Avengers and New Avengers?

    • @Dehslash9
      @Dehslash9 10 років тому +2

      ***** I did read Avengers, those books made no sense, what was Ex Nhilo or whatever his name was doing in the first place, what was his relationship with the builders, what was his sister doing the whole time, what is the purpose of Star Brand, was Nightmask a new form of sentient life and if so why wasn't he like any of those grey kids?????
      WHAT, WHY, AND HOW!!!!!!!!??

    • @virvum_cypher
      @virvum_cypher 9 років тому +4

      Jayman493 I know it's an old comment here, but I just re-read the first few issues of Avengers and it literally explains, in great detail, the relationship between Ex Nihilo and the Builders right in the second issue. The Builders created the Alephs to 'direct, shape, and control' the new universe. The Aelphs destroy worlds deemed unfit. When Ex Nihilo's Aelph found a species worth preserving, he birthed Ex Nihilo and Abyss from the seeds the Builders left within him for just that purpose, and the three of them shaped the worlds and species worth preserving. This was explained, word for word, over 2 and a half pages in issue 2. Maybe you just forgot?

    • @Dehslash9
      @Dehslash9 9 років тому +1

      Jeffrey Dean You just said Ex Nihilo's Aleph birthed Ex Nihilo.
      How am i supposed to understad that.

    • @virvum_cypher
      @virvum_cypher 9 років тому

      Jayman493 Just as I would say 'Jayman493's mother birthed Jayman493' If you can't understand that I'm not sure what to tell you. If you've actually read this run through Infinity (which I'm beginning to doubt) you'd know that there are multiple versions of Ex Nihilos and Aelphs. Perhaps I worded it a bit awkwardly, but you should be able to infer that I'm talking about the Aelph traveling with the Ex Nihilo that we meet in the first few issues of Avengers giving birth to him and Abyss.
      Saying 'Ex Nihilo's Aelph' is for all intents and purposes specifying that particular Aelph no differently than I would say 'Jayman493's father or mother'. A panel literally shows the Aelph giving birth to him using the seeds the Builders built into the Aelph body as well as directly describing that he was birthed. Seriously though, this bit is thoroughly explained in issue 2 directly, succinctly, and unambiguously. I am entirely certain that if you read the first few pages of issue 2 you would not be confused.
      I think the issue with Hickman sometimes is that he introduces so many new players and concepts over time that people forget things that were explained and get confused. But trust me, this was directly explained, in detail. Look it up if you don't believe me.
