The Doctor Who prescribes my medical marijuana prescribes Marinol (c4) as well with your prescription so that way if you do have a CDL there's no way to distinguish it in a drug test you just need a note from the doctor saying it will not interfere with your driving

It can happen a lil sooner. It’s open for 60 day comment but 30 days for someone (ie government agency) to petition to end the comment period sooner.

You have mentioned many times in multiple videos that the FMCSA/DOT will continue to test for marijuana even if it is rescheduled to 3. Aren't these federal agencies mandated to comply with the HHS guidelines for drug testing in federal agencies?
The current HHS guidelines for federal workplace drug testing only include schedule 1 and schedule 2 drugs.
Do you believe that the HHS will revise their guidelines and include a single schedule 3 drug (marijuana) to be tested for?
Alcohol is tested for so I believe that marijuana will be as well

Hope the rescheduling can complete by September or early October 2024 , with Final Rule published , an important step towards decriminalization...in line with White House strong emphasis to correct inequities of the past , as per the President 's speech.
It needs to be De-Scheduled... It should have never been on that list in the first place.. Nixon is the biggest racist I have seen in those years..

Look im not against testing just testing gor 30 days. What I do at home is not uncles business at all. You can swab me after 48 hours on duty. If I’m home for two weeks living in a state with a medical or legal cannabis law then guess what? I’m going to smoke. If I can drink 8 hours before I drive then why not smoke??
