The best part is you can start atk speed for nashor and sometimes the enemy will start building armor instead of mr.

@@cockus4192first strike + horizon focus + void staff is all you need to make AP varus penetrate and deal alot of damage no matter how much armor/Mr they have, even if you don't one shot them they are so low they will run for their lives.

People are Still sleeping on AP Varus , when I mention it , I always get the "Vayne is better" response. If people don't know what Varus W can do , it basically gives him about 90% Max HP damage if the target has 3 blight stacks and you hit him with the fully charged Q. It can be 5% more if you count in your own AP, and add another 20% of missing health damage. Your R deals 1500AP damage, stacks (puts squshy champ in one-shot range) up Blight (stuns the enemy team) , so you just press W , charge up Q , and give the Cho'Gath 13k damage in two Qs , and oneshot anything below 6k Health. Meanwhile you are building Magic Penetration, so only like 2% of your damage is blockable. It is one of the strongest ADC this season. (In the clip you can see the Varus wasn't even fed, he was 8/8/5 😂) Its great against Tanks , but it can't steal barons and drakes with it , since you need Blight stacks to do damage.

obviously varus would still deal a shit ton of maxhp damage, but if cho had force of nature he could probably live, especially considering the entire enemy team does magic or mixed damage and he has 3 armor items
@@mbeno. @mbeno he has a total of 174 MR in that video. In addition to maybe half or a bit more of a gargoyle shield when varus shot his second arrow. Varus will still blow you up, I personally dont think having a FON isn't gonna make much of a difference. I've been absolutely melted by AP varus while having 200-230 MR
@@mbeno. he definitely wouldn't live even if he had 4 MR items. Specially if he keeps the shield active-item since it makes one of the MPen item grow stronger. Other than that, Varus has a ridiculously low Cooldown at this point in the game, Chogath wont be one shot but he'll be chunked by skill spam.
