@@AD-53 It's almost like a sub-species in the same family as squash except it's much larger and the flesh actually pulls apart like spaghetti noodles hence the name and it's substituted for pasta in many paleo and keto recipes because even though it's not pasta it gives the same feeling of eating pasta. I've tried it, it's really good. You should try it out.
