so here's the deal. I had a pavilion x360 i3-7th gen and it held up real good over the last 3 years. No hiccups, no BSOD surprises. I am looking to upgrade now and naturally I was inclined to get the latest one from this series only.
However after researching a bit I found out the thermals were bad. At least in the i5 variant (dw1038tu). Sigh.
I am now considering to get the 14 inch version of this pavilion. (dv0054tu). Can you please elaborate a little more on the thermal performance
I do web development and my typical workflow has an IDE + a terminal window + Chrome with 20 tabs open. So I am worried about thermal throttling. This doesn't even have any side vents unlike the x360.

I'm watching this on a HP pavilion rn! Except mine has black keyboard and white letters on it, a touch screen and can fold into a tablet! I played roblox arsenal on it and it has great frames! It also has good battery life and charging system! I got it yesterday as an early bday gift which is tmw ❤❤

Asus 13.3 i5 11th Gen is having 100srgb and thunderbolt 3 at 54k. Is that not a better choice?
