Thanks, Michelle! Lack of Meal planning gets me every time. Usually I can plan dinners and some lunches. Breakfast is the hardest. If I don’t start right the rest of the day is harder. Oatmeal is quick, but I end up starving in an hour, even when I cook in carrots and zucchini. Snacks on the go is also challenging. If I don’t plan snacks I’ll walk in the door starving and go straight for the bread and nut-butter!

At almost 59 I'm finding that being only whole plant based isn't sustainable for me, I've had to start adding some animal protein because of menopausal hormone and metabolic changes. It's been shown most people need more bioavailable protein as we age, I'm finding this personally to be the case. I'm not happy about this, at all. But one good thing is that I can still eat all the great whole plant foods I've always loved, like you share with us. I just add a little eggs, fish or poultry to it. Thanks Michele!
Try tofu? Great for menopausal women because of phyto oestrogen. Animal protein is not bioavailable. It needs breaking down into amino acids and rearranging. Very taxing for the body. Also it’s all carcinogenic

When my wife and I go out to eat on our dates once a week even to his pizza place I’ve been ordering salads. I wouldn’t blue cheese for dressing. I did put chicken on it though and egg. Any other suggestions for salads
You could bring your own or do a vinaigrette.
Hi Michele! I’m so grateful for ur videos they have helped me so much I’m new to plant based eating and have lost 11lbs but I’m finding that sometimes I feel shaky or weak and tired sometimes and I take vitamins and a multi vitamin B Supplements. Any suggestions? Thank you so much! :)

@@veganmichele I think I do I get up drink my 32 oz of water and then herbal tea then have chia pudding with fruit then exercise then protein shake. Lunch is usually a wrap with tofu,beans, rice, sprouts, pickled cucumbers cashew cream baby spring mix and then I’ll have a fruit smoothie or I juice fruit and dinner is a sprout wheat pizza crust with cashew cream red peppers tofu mushrooms. I think I eat plenty but I could be wrong.
I just got a juicer so I added ur green juice to my menu
That sounds like plenty, it may be something you want to have checked by healthcare provider. And just get your health markers updated. ☺️
