I make 6 salads at a time and put them in plastic ziplock “tubs” and then they’re ready to chop, I always chop for max enjoyment, and add my starch after chopping. Sweet potatoes are a great sweet option for my salad. 😊
I do not know Emmie's stance on coffee, but I read the quote in the letter more as the client has so much more energy she doesn't even need coffee anymore. But that's just my personal interpretation!
