In person this bike looks good and far better than its faired sibling and even looks better than newer ktm's.
I still haven’t seen one of these on the road!
Took test drive of this last year..its seriously uncomfortable even for small rides and the refinement levels are poor , but the acceleration and amount of features you get is unmatched in segment. Dont go for it if you want a comfortable and refined bike and strictly is no no for pillion.
Have they fixed the throttle calibration issue ?

Even I have seen few people saying about the throttle response is also not that great 😅 I hope that is solved in this update.
Saw this bike in flesh gotta say very beautiful bike and head turner. I hate KTM design now a days too much fairing on headlights make it look more suited to teenagers. This bike has much more mature look. Don’t know about engine and other features but the design TVS nailed it. It looks apart from made in india bikes.
Exactly. But there is a bit ofhope for KTM. They alternatively make bad looking and good looking bikes. Their old 690 bikes look very bad. The new rc looks bad. But the old ones looked good, last Duke's looked better new ones I hate so much so that I want to chain the bike down and rip it's heart ( engine ) out like in Rambo last part. Apache has the muscle look that's necessary, without overdoing it. Compared to 390 , 250 Duke is more tolerable. The side planks are little smaller and that horrible drl in 390 wasn't also there in it. But the new update to 250 made be hate both. But TVs is also hopeless when you think of service
Couldn't tvs test riders figure out all these problems like vibrations, uncomfortable seating etc. after riding for thousands of kilometres. Why are first adopters treated as guinea pigs inspite of paying a premium.

These bikes are different from classic RE bullets, assuming u're bullet owner from ur name. Naked sporty street fighters are meant for city and highway rides, can do track also on these bikes coz of aggressive power delivery. More touring friendly than full faired super sports coz of upright riding posture.

almost all part are made in China, that u will not see any old TVS bikes on road... its just crap... even TVS employes bangalore border do not buy this bike even after large discount...

@@sandeepn94 considering the top model of RTR, the price difference ain't that much. But Duke has Better Performance, brakes, riding dynamics, less vibes from the engine, service and parts are cheaper, and personally looks are better
Pricing of top model rtr suxx, Tvs should work on their pricing. But the base variant of rtr 310 makes more sense than Duke 250 which is equally priced. 60more cc on rtr 310 than Duke 250 makes hell of a difference in riding. Duke 250 seems very less powerful. Plus the electronics in Duke 250 were also worst for the price. Now ktm did the right thing by atleast giving tft color screenfor a bike which will cost 2.80 lac.

Feature loaded bike , KTM is poor in features . Good bike at this price point
Whuch Ktm are you talking about? Cause 390 has Bi-directional Quickshifter, abs, cornering abs, traction control, adjustable suspensions front and rear, 3 riding modes. Only usable feature 390 does not have is cruise control.

How? Just because it is a aggressive looking sports naked? i'm no fan of the bike considering the issues, but in no way it's a copy of the dukes.
Still won't consider it just because of the horrendous after sales service
