Disclaimer: At one point in this video my mom talks about a classroom that had some disabled students in it and said that it was distracting. Neither of us support forcibly segregating disabled students in the classroom, and the statements made about this particular classroom were criticisms of the school in question and the insufficient accommodations they were providing to these students.
