Nice video. First time viewer of your channel and content. I am seriously considering this TV. I am coming from an old Sony HD TV and I had a question about viewing HD content on a 4K tv such as this. If you are viewing content from services displaying HD content (1080p), how will this TV handle that? Should I expect poorer picture quality when disaplayed on a 4K TV such as this? Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks!

SONY has some absolutely beautiful TVs. And Sony image processors are considered the best in the world. The best they have is the A95L I believe. Which won this year's TV shoot out as best TV of the year in terms of picture quality.

I've read in other reviews about "input lag". I'm not quite sure what that is but have you experienced it?
I got the x900h is it worth upgrading to a x90l?
You can get better blacks, and contrast if you lower gamma, and black levels for gaming, and adjusting reality creation to max helps some games gain more clear detail. You can get better colors if you adjust live color to high switch the color space to BT2020, and adjust the hues or lower the color red (because it does push red on this color space. I own this X90L tv too)
I upgraded from xh90 to this tv and I have to say my xh90 looks so much better in game mode. I'm finding the local dimming on this tv is not very good, it's been driving me nuts.

@@pritchard_008that's odd. The XH90 has way lesser dimming zones than the X90L. Perhaps because XH90 doesn't get as bright as the X90L hence the blooming is non existence.
This is exactly what I've been doing on my 2017 LG UMJ series. I see these reviews and think "that's not it's full potential"😒 lol
@@pritchard_008 Maybe because you didn't do as I suggested? Out of the box settings looks washed out in comparison to what I'm saying should be done on the X90L.

I donnow if you ll never reply me but i returned a tcl 845 with google tv just because the processor and operating system was lagging during 4k hdr views...i was setting something on settings menu and it started to be unresponsive and little slow.
Do you know if its the same on this sony google tv when you watch 4k hdr contents, trying to move around the settings..or is still reactive?
I m in Italy and 1600 euro for 65 inch TV with a processor Who LAG, moving into settings while watching 4k HDR contents Is unacceptable in 2024 to me.
I also upgrade from Tcl (forgot the type) to this gorgeous sony.. Absolutely no regret... Tcl full of lag, BS hdr n picture.. But yeah the price is triple times from my tcl here in indonesia.

I have done it to a massive 85 sony mini led and its awesome so it's possible
Oled is great but the price difference to a x90l is almost double the price.
@@AinSophAur31the x95l and lg c3 oled are about the same price now
