@@copitzkymichael3313 Ironically I'm taking Honors English classes in Highschool. When I look back at this comment I really can't think of any other explanation except that it came purely from my head unedited.
Apparently, his VA is Corey Bringas, who voiced Tails in Sonic Adventure. From what I read, the other voice actors don't really have that much experience in voice acting at the time of the game's development and they are mostly Japanese - English translators. They recorded their lines in Japan and received the script in Japanese so they had to translate the script, on top of acting out the lines with little context of what's going on. Corey, on the other hand, recorded his lines in the States so he received a translated script.

(James and Gary take their leave.but James stays behind to bid farewell to Goldman) James: Goodbye, Goldman. (James follows Gary soon after)
