In terms of classic companions returning, it's heavily rumoured that Susan Foreman will be in the episode. As for Mel Bush, I think she was mentioned in some of the filming, and you can hear David Tennant say something about her. And of course, we know that Kate Stewart will be back for Series 14, but I hope she'll also be in the 60th anniversary special. We know that UNIT is involved because of the UNIT helipad that we've seen in filming. So, that's all very exciting.
Moving on to Series 14 and 15, the leak claims that Peter Dobson will play Mrs. Flood, a villain who will torment Ruby in the Christmas special and throughout episodes 5 and 8 of Series 14. Now, we already knew that Anita Dobson was going to be in the Christmas special, but we didn't know who she was playing. In an interview, she let slip that she'll be playing Ruby's next-door neighbour, but this leak claims that she'll be the main villain. It's unclear how big her role will actually be, but the idea of a next-door neighbour as a villain is very Doctor Who.
According to the leak, the show will use a live feature on Disney+ to prevent spoilers. The platform will also have a hub section similar to Marvel, where all 39 seasons of Doctor Who and its spin-offs will be available. Now, this seems like a pretty safe bet, but it's still exciting to think about. I hope that by the time of the 60th anniversary

Great trailer but it was too short. I hope these specials celebrate the whole 60 year history not just RTD era. I would love to see some past Doctors.

If it’s just David I’ll probably pass as it’s just a sneaky way to bring back viewers. I would rather skip to 15 😂 if it was 2010 I would be all for it but it’s not David who nor is it 20 years since he started or 10 since he left so it’s just a bit sh*t if it’s just david

One thing not talked about enough is Catherine Tate announcing the points in Eurovision and saying Allons-y (which is just brilliant because non-DW fans would think nothing of it, since French is often used as a second language in Eurovision, but at the same time - we know. WE KNOW)

It still feels like the vallyard when seeing Neal Patrick Harris but it is nice seeing a different scene with beep in it I just want to see them already
These trailers have been really short, which is disappointing, but then you have to remember this whole 60th anniversary is about 3 hours long, so there has got to be a lot they're hiding.
Most big budget movies which are 2½ ish hours long show waay more, and give away a lot. Heres hoping they're keeping their cards close to their chest.
RTD has said special 2 is the most fan service one and he wants us to go in basically blind
@@_MyNameIsAJ_ yeah, it's easy to forget that TV shows market much closer to the time of airing compared to movies. The fact that we've even been shown this is pretty awesome.
Kudos for getting up so early! The trailer looks amazing, and I'm intrigued by the titles.
Side note: Eurovision seems to be getting more and more attention in Australia as the years go by. I'm slightly confused why we (and other non-European countries, such as Israel, for that matter) are allowed to enter, though, given we are not part of Europe! Maybe the comp will eventually need a name change.

Star Beast has already been used twice in the Whoniverse. These titles are a let down. Especially The Giggle, sounds childish.

The titles are intriguing. The trailer was so short, but there is still plenty of time, so I don't mind too much this early on. I'm worried for Donna. I've seen negativity for "The Giggle" as a title, but it must be relevant. It doesn't spark fear or have gravitas, but I'm sure it'll make sense as we see more.
Doesn't really feel like an anniversary tbh, more like an rtd celebration, and I was hoping that this trailer would confirm I was wrong, but it sadly didn't.

@@MaccamatBuxWhy? There's no rule that an anniversary special has to have multiple doctors. And 60th isn't a stand out celebration. They never celebrated 20 year or 30 years. Not to mention the last episode has 6 Doctors in it.
@@mrdr0161 true, I like how the last episode did feel a bit like Chibnall's version for a celebration. But imagine if that felt more celebratory than the actual 60th anniversary itself.
It's not necessarily about if multiple Doctors appear or not but if the 3 specials are literally just Tennant and Donna then it's really only celebrating RTD's era which is not 60 years.
