Surely if she would have been a heroine in movies she would be a good dancer and actor as she's a drama queen but in all fairness she has lot of zest and fun in her videos and doesn't make it boring .

In Karnataka we drink hurida ragi hasittu paanaka i.e the ragi is minimally soaked in chaas for few hours and then fried in kadai to get the white aralu.. and then sent to mill for powder. A little bit of fried green gram and rice can be added to ragi mixture before powdering. This is drunk with jaggery and water with ragi mixture

Maybe only thing we need most to get her knowledge is internet, phone or laptop, and her books. That's all is our fees we are paying. Before her we were so much confused about what to eat because western people turned every Indian super foods as culprit of poor health. She is the only one who has been educating us about nutrition and fitness rightly. There so many other Indian celebrity dieticians on UA-cam and also have written books, but they all appeared before public only after seeing her success, popularity and works.
