Guys I just got this and am charging for a second time as it did not turn on, no instructions- curious if my is defective or simple user error, which I suspect. Does it do anything like turn on a light or make noise when the q is pressed?
The first time I had to charge (other than when brand new) the charger blinked once and then just completely stopped working. What a waste of money. Is it so crazy to expect a company makes sure their product works before pulling it on shelves?
How am I supposed to let it air dry if the lid won’t stay open?

Just bought one tonight. Mine does not magnetically snap into place and shot off the top when I turned it on
It is impossible for it to air dry with a lid that doesn’t stay open

Mine has rusted because it cannot properly dry. The lid won’t stay open. I love it otherwise but I can’t use it anymore because of the rust.
Despite cleaning the water chamber each week, I noticed pink slime growing in there along the sides. Hard to clean.

My lid stays open… not sure what all the fuss is about.

My tip flies off when the water shoots out magnet not strong enough.
