It's a standard track on the Wishmaster album, not a bonus or rare track or something like that. It's just one of those "hidden gem" songs which, for some bizarre reason, never got as famous as songs like Wishmaster, so it's harder to come across on UA-cam, due to the algorithm most likely. Unless of course, you listen to the entire Wishmaster album and come across it that way, or search for it specifically. I also believe it has never actually been played live by Nightwish, ever. At least, there doesn't seem to be any footage on UA-cam and I also don't know of any official lice recordings which feature this song. Whether it's too intense and fast-paced for them to play properly live, I don't know. Ocean Soul has never been played live and may never be, as Tuomas has said in an interview in the past that it is far too personal to him to be played live. They've done Beauty of the Beast live before, footage is easy to find on UA-cam. Then again, even though it is more than twice as long as Crownless, it isn't anywhere near this intense for anywhere near the length that Crownless is. Crownless has every single one of the musicians working at maximum capacity for basically its entire duration.

Alas the AMV was taken down, never to be found again and it would elude me for years to come, but it's melody clung to my memory like the face of a long lost friend. But today the search is over, today the mystery has been revealed, today God hath shown grace in allowing my friend to finally find this song for me, today I will never forget the name of this song: Crownless.

And Nightwish is just my favourite band. I hope they still exist for a long time... Taking away this one my next favourite ones are Nemo, Dark Chest of Wonders and Beauty of the Beast. I could see that working, though I'm personally getting more of Arthurian Legend vibe; probably because of " The sword in the stone". But I doubt this song is about one certain series or legend, it's more like a mix of several ones.
Lemquennel not to mention fairytales and poets... like there's mention of "The Little Match Girl" in Bare Grace Misery and "Alice In Wonderland" in Storytime and also "The Pit & The Pendulum" in Poet and the Pendulum
Tolkien wrote inspired of nordic stories, most where original from finland. Nightwish used to be gothic fantasy in its lyrics. This is not the first song you have lord of rings reference. "Elvenpath" points Bilbo baggins name, for example.
