Where was Cozens goal scoring this season ? A few years ago played in the WC and then had a good season for the Sabres so hopefully history will repeat itself.
Power has had a good tournament for Canada too. Maybe Adams could look into what the price would be to get Colton Parayko ( Powers D partner on team Canada ) from St louis . Down size is Parayko's contract.
I'm rooting for the Oilers.. not a fan of the other 3.. .. I think Cozens problem was related to our ex-coach.. I think Granato pushed the defensive mode way too much..

All i know is if we wanna win a cup we have to be a top 1 or 2 team. The only teams left are one seeds or two seeds no wild cards or lower seeds
Not true if you can make it anything can happen! Just so happens to be that way this year! Florida was a wildcard team last year and made it to the finals, not too mention all the other teams that made it as not number 1 or 2 seeds LA Kings, STL Blues, etc. etc.
Dylan Cozens was so snake bit this past year. Usually with crossbars and posts, you'll get bunch that deflect in AND out. Dylan it seemed, they would ONLY go out. He didn't play bad, but you could tell that all the chances he had that didn't go in for him was causing him to play a little tight.I love Dylan and have no worries about him whatsoever.
I hope that Edmonton loses and possibly create a situation where the Oilers would be willing to make a move they normally wouldn't. They are struggling to put together a well rounded supporting cast because of not so great signings/cap issues.
If Gretzky can be traded and men can now have babies, I see no reason we can't acquire one of Drai/Connor. Even after a trade, we would still be flush with talent and depth. Which would be attractive to whomever it is that comes over since they would have a say in any move.
Reinhart wins the Cup, it should make our guys even more valuable in trade, right? ROR, Eichel, Reinhart...? You want to win a Cup, call the Sabres.
