  • In June of this year, I, once again, made the resolution to get fitter and lose some excess weight. I turned 40 at the end of September and wanted to feel better, slimmer, and healthier by then.
    I stumbled across the 75 soft challenge, which inspired me to get moving (almost) every single day.

    Have you considered weightlifting? Squats/deadlifts especially?

      I used to do a weightlifting class (Body Pump) quite regularly but had to stop due to an issue with my shoulder.
      Unfortunately I don’t really enjoy „regular“ weight lifting
      but am hoping to be able to do the class again soon :)
