The guy was running guns without an FFL. Why are you sticking up for him?
Private transfers in MANY states to include his are 100% legal and he did not need to be a FFL holder to do it. Why are you uninformed?

Malinowski purchased at least 150 guns over the past three years, many of which he sold at gun shows or to private buyers in other settings. He would then resell the just-purchased guns (usually Glocks and AR pistols) in as little as 24 hours through gun shows where he maintained a table or through private sales. He sold three firearms to undercover officers, 6 turned up at crime scenes (as if it matters what that crime was? Pff). Malinowski signed forms when he purchased the guns declaring he was buying them for himself and not for resale. This stipulation is included on federally required paperwork signed by Malinowski: “I further understand that the repetitive purchase of firearms for the purpose of resale for livelihood and profit without a Federal firearms license is a violation of Federal law.”
False. He was accused of selling too many guns without the crown's permission. He will never have his day in court because they murdered him.

It is an entirely different crime all together and just like every other crime you are innocent until proven guilty (at least that is how it is supposed to be). The problem is the very ones doing the investigating are the ones who allegedly committed the crime, thus the most likely outcome is no crime will have been found.
If I woke up to people trying to get into my house and I found the cameras taped over, I would 100% assume it was a gang of organized perps, and would act accordingly.

"Evidence tampering" was the first thing I said upon seeing said fed boi tape over the victim's ring camera. It's not a stretch to think everything that occurred thereafter was deliberate and intentional. This cannot continue.
That's the only rational assumption. If you hide evidence, we must assume you acted illegally and everything you said is a lie.
I think having additional cameras inside your house with a feed to an external location is the next step. My God you can't trust anyone. Gotta always do your own due diligence.

The more information that comes out about this raid, the more it starts to look like murder every time.
I have video of cops doing this at my house when responding to a DV call and my house was the incorrect house they showed up at. Made a complaint to chief about it and he said it was for their safety. I told him I had no reason for cops to show up at my house and if I seen someone covering my camera and answered the door with gun in hand what do you think would’ve happened. He said I most likely would’ve been shot. I said you think it’s a good idea for them to do that then? He said I won’t correct them. I said this will be your last year as chief. Cuz this video and recorded call will be sent to the mayor. He retired 6 months later 😂😂😂

The only problem with the Eddie Eagle program is the "tell an adult". There are too many adults who know less about guns than the kid who finds one.
If we increase training when they’re young hopefully we can begin to change that over time. Training for adults is also important.

Unfortunately no. The absolute BEST outcome is vouchers, where government money follows your children to whichever school (public, private, religious etc.. ) you decide to send them to. A separate carve out could be made where parents receive a smaller voucher for home schooling. An advantage of vouchers is that the teaching staff don't necessarily need to be government employees.

I've been advocating for teaching gun safety in the schools for years. Guns are practically ubiquitous in this country. teaching safe handling is a no brainer.
That Tennessee bill is frustrating. I think teaching kids age-appropriate gun safety a great idea no different than how to use a fire extinguisher but friends said it "shouldn't be a priority because the curricula is already too crowded." To a point, they're right, but it's crowded with teach-to-the-test crap and little relevance to the real world. This is actually relevant material that will save lives and take up 1 afternoon a year. This is why our public schools are a global laughingstock and we voted for all this.
