I put a 3inch lift kit and 37inch tires on my 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands! I also added front and rear bumpers and step bars to my 2021 Bronco. The lift kit is a Four Wheel Parts 3" Coil-Over setup. The wheels I used are 37" Black Rhino Wheels and Falken WildPeak MT tires. In the future, I'll continue to make modifications to my Bronco Badlands and plan to test a few different lift kits to give you all a better idea of how you would like to customize your Bronco. The reason that I chose the bumpers I did, is because it does not get rid of the radar sensors. I'm excited to take the Bronco to the Bronco Super Celebration West in a few weeks!

Did I hear you say (another video) you have a white ‘95?
HELLO HANDSOME
How are you doing I'm mercy by name an what is your name
what's the fuel economy? 15?
Police officer: Sir do you have any idea how fast you were driving?🤨
T & C TV: Well…i am 6 foot 3 inches so…🧐
Drink every time Mitchell says he’s 6’3”!
And "without further ado"!
Literally🤣
I’m in a 12 step program from the further ado game…………
Without further a-do, I'm 6' 3". Great video guys. That thing looks wicked!
HELLO HANDSOME
How are you doing I'm mercy by name an what is your name
I'm also 6'3" but I don't have to keep saying it because I'm not trying to make up for a 4incher😭😂🤣
Does dude tell his height every video? Is someone still in high school? Who are we trying to impress? 16 yo girls?
I also noticed the upper a arm had been replaced. Looking forward to the next video concerning clearance issues. Well done!!!
wow what a stunning Bronco, cant wait to see more video's and see what you do to it next
I keep forgetting how tall you are. Thanks for the three reminders. ;)
Changing tire diameter by 3in effectively makes gearing about 10% taller. This is significant.
I thought it went from 35’s to 37’s 🤔
Nice start on your build. Thoroughly enjoying following along. Thanks for sharing. 👍
This definitely deserves a like since you’re testing multiple lift kits on the bronco just for others to get an understanding on which lift kit to go with. 💪🏿
I have a reservation but Waiting till sept to order a 2022 I’m convinced I’m building a Badlands similar to yours will follow your build for sure.
Looking good
“I’m 6 foot 3, so without further ado, let’s get into it... golleeeeeeey”
Ya my wife would need a small A frame latter for that truck 😂 lol
@@tenskeeze lmao
Sweet build, guys! Can't wait to see what other people do to these Broncos.
Well for those asking about mpg after lift and tires if you re hear your vehicle you won’t have issues in my 4inch lifted jeep with 37s I got 4.56 gears and I got 17-18 mpg highway and city avg speed of 65 daily driving
Exactly what I was thinking on the wheels and tires for my 2 door
Something that’d be helpful is how much the mileage has been affected from factory. Could you update us on that?
Nice! I used my FordPass points to order those same fender flares yesterday! I'm going 35s on my Badlands, though... I'll be looking for you at Super Cel West! I was really happy to see them on your rig!
You better come say hi at Super Cel! I can’t wait to meet you! 👊🏻💪🏻
Looks ready for the trails 🤙
Dude just gorgeous!!!! Clean and purpose built!!!!
You are a great presentor. Beautiful rig as well.
That looks so good, the white and black really work together, I especially liked it when you had the doors and top off and look forward to seeing that again with the new wheels,. Can you talk about the crash bar situation? How the Sasquatch package deletes the side crash bars and whether you think that’s safe compared to yours? Isn’t it better to get the non-Sasquatch and build it like you did so one retains the crash bars? You were the one who pointed out the Sasquatch not having crash bars several videos ago, Thanks and I really like your videos. I look forward to them.
You mentioned your night of 6’3” 3 times!! Hahaha. That might be a personal record. Great looking mods, keep up the great videos!
Your cackle when you got in for the first time reminded me of Stacy David when he would get excited. I miss his shows.
Looks great man!! I’m torn between ordering a bronco or waiting for the raptor R
Just wait for the bronco warthog orders to open up and get the best of both worlds
paint the front grill black. Love the build. Move the front camera onto the front bumper hoop, you can do it!
My exact thoughts too…. That would top it off right! The grill has to be black!!!!
Nice rig! I'm not a fan of the flares but the build is looking good!
No kidding, need to throw those flares in the trash, they are hideous.
Great job on the videos. Are you planning on changing the axle gear ratios for the 37" tires now?
Wish I could get one. I'll wait a few years. Looks good.
Love it. And absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE that front bumper. I just can’t get over the blocking of the camera.
I want my Badlands SAS. Lux! #stillwaiting.
HELLO HANDSOME
How are you doing I'm mercy by name an what is your name
That’s so badass now! Wow
Now THIS is the way to do it!!!!
For me, after I put on the 4 inch lift and 37 inch NITTO EXO GRAPPPLER tires, on goes the front and back heavy duty all-titanium bumpers with built-in LED fog lights and 16,000 lbs heavy duty winches front and rear. Then I will raise the entire roof 16 inches (i.e. on the hard top model) with a custom carbon fibre upper lockable rooftop box to store all my camping/hunting/fishing gear separate from the normal cabin of the Bronco.
On top of that box goes a custom-welded 6060 series aluminum tube roof rack with multiple hard attachment and strapping points, picatinny rails and molle webbing. After that, I install within the upper-roof box, four sets of stereoscopic weather-proofed encased GoPro camera setups (i.e. two go-pros per direction!) that point front, back, left, right. Each camera setup will have the Infrared Filters removed which will give me a front, back, left, right 360 degree surroundview 3D stereo video setup for both DAYTIME and NIGHTVISION USAGE.
I then put in some custom rooftop-mounted super-bright LED light bars that are 100,000 lumens each, 400+ metre range (1200+ feet) that are BOTH bright white and have infrared lights all pointing front, rear, left and right so my stereoscopic IR modded GoPros can see 400 metres and more down the road and all other directions even in rain, sleet and snow at full infrared 4K resolution nightvision!
All 8 video streams at 60 fps 4K resolution get recorded to TWO 20 Terabyte hard drives in MP4 format AND get sent to an in-cabin angled-to-the-driver 32 inch OLED 8K display that lets me see ALL cameras at once in 3D stereo video ...AND ALSO.. lets me select and show one single viewpoint in high resolution full-screen with realtime user-selectable edge detection and Luminance/HSL/RGB colour enhancement.
The lockable double-insulated rooftop box stores my inflatable kayak, foldable Li-Ion electric fat tired Mountain Bike with pedals, ruggedized 4-wheel fat-tire electric scooter, four months worth of MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) emergency rations, extra winter and summer clothing, plus extra plush thick fleece blankets, a few 120 litre bugout drybags and my expedition backpack, snowshoes and cross country skis, tire chains, tool boxes, fishing/hunting camping gear and my 20 by 16 foot by 10 foot high 3M Thinsulate double-wall-and-floor insulated -50C (-60 F) winter grade tent along with my inflatable king sized bed, my inflatable couch, 8 foot long collapsible table, multiple foldable chairs, portable toilet, portable shower, multiple ceramic space heaters, 4 burner propane stove and portable BBQ, Coleman Kitchen setup with sink, and anything else I need for my four months of 4x4 offroading/boondocking/overlanding waaaaaaay out-of-the-way lakeside/riverside fishing and camping expeditions!
For maximum weather protection, I spray on the ENTIRE UPPER BODY and ROOF, entire underbody, door sills, all wheel wells, all bumpers and bush bars, interior driver and passenger cabin floors, interior engine bay and other exposed surfaces with a full 1/4 inch thick (8mm) layer of weatherproof, heat-proof and UV sun-ray-proof LINE-X brand truck bed liner for rust/corrosion protection and rocks/scrapes protection! It also offer great sound deadening protection to provide tire-noise and wind-noise driver fatigue protection.
For my communications needs, I put an in-cabin combined VHF + UHF + CB + GPRS + Shortwave + Iridium/Starlink bands SDR (Software Defined Radio) for voice calls and high speed ultra-long-range internet access connected to TWO foldable 20 foot long high-gain whip antennas which I attach to the front hood handles on a ball-swivel-joint for ultimate long range communications! The ruggedized whip antennas will run at an angle to the roof acting as a brush shield AND as a high gain antenna system.
I also put in a milspec 810G/IP-69 ruggedized GETAC laptop in the centre console with realtime multi-GPS/Galileo/Glonass/Beidou combined satellite photo map and vector map navigation and my daily on-the-road/campsite email and internet access needs. I also install a realtime Li-Ion-powered high end drone quadcopter video following system that will follow me from 300 feet up and a mile down-the-road so I can see over any upcoming obstacles and terrain.
The seats I also replace with 4-point belted Recaro Leather Super-Ergonomic ones that have LOTS of gel-padding, fancy high-back headrests and are cooled and heated as per user desires and even come with a massaging option. I will have real sheepskin plush seat covers to keep my tush warm on those winter morning drives to a local ice-fishing hole.
Stored in the back of the Bronco cabin goes my 12 volt 120 litre capacity combined portable wheeled fridge/freezer system, lots of camp food and drink, a portable wheeled 12,000 Watt NO-NOISE quiet propane fuel cell generator, a 3000 watt Li-Ion Battery Pack with eight 400 watt flexible and portable solar panels and my 200 litre Yeti-style wheeled coolers!
On the outside of my Bronco will be a rear swing-out bumper cage which will have the weather protected spare tire, THREE 40 lbs propane tanks for cooking/heating/fuel cell power generation and THREE 20 gallon Jerry Cans for extra fuel and driving range and THREE 20 gallon portable water tanks for my campground drinking and washing needs.
THAT is what I will be doing to my Badlands Sasquatch edition Broncos!

How has the algorithm not suggested this channel to me yet?!
...instant sub.
And without further ado, I hit the like button.
You are the bomb!
Also, what did you do about reprogramming tire size?
Love most of the setup. If you ever find a wench/mounting option that doesn’t that front camera let us know. The tires and bumpers are badass it looks great. O never heard what you new fuel score was, just curious.
Be curious to know more on the difference in weight between the original vs the 37’s. Also the real world power loss, mileage difference and any necessary gear changes if needed??
If you’re going to daily drive get a set of nitto ridge grapplers. They’re the quietest tire I’ve used yet. It’s a hybrid tread
Man 4 Wheel Parts are some good guys to have work on your off roaders. I know you're loyal to your shop and they do great work, but 4WP is a nice second option to have!
HELLO HANDSOME
How are you doing I'm mercy by name an what is your name
Congrats!!
RtR or fun-haver has a coil over setup also I believe they are fox shocks too
Looks great! Tires look a little narrow but I like it overall. Nice job
Man that thing rocks.
Damn! She’s a beast!
Nice rig. I kinda regret not getting a white Bronco. Not really sure if I like the fender flares and I think you also kinda hinted that you'd try out the fender deletes at some point. I'd love to see what it looks like if you switch them out. Also, great video. Thanks for the presentation.
Without further ado. Ima subscribe.
Looks really good 👍
Hmmm…I’m really digging the white. Beautiful Bronco man!
Mitchell,
Can you briefly put your stock flares back on temporarily? Curious how they look with the 4wp bumpers.
It's a shame it doesn't come from the factory looking like this. This should have been the final look because it all just seems like it belongs together. Some tires and lifts seem excessive but this set-up is just right. I really like the front bumper and winch. It all looks good. I am afraid though if you pull out too fast or go over too steep a climb the front will come up on you with that tire hanging off the back. ;)
Watching the three of y’all single handle those wheels and tires says allot.
They’re only 114lbs
i'm Here in Colorado and will be at the Super Celebration West. If I see you I'll say Hi!
Honestly if there was a way to add the disconnect Swaybar to a base bronco I'll just get a base squash and add stuff to it
Very nice looking rig. That's how I want to build mine with just an added light bar on the bumper or kc
HELLO HANDSOME
How are you doing I'm mercy by name an what is your name
do you have an video on selecting which Bronco trim buy?
watch your video nice build set up. have one ? what is your main driving style? you said you be doing more tranporting driving with it than off-roading/overlanding.
Mitch, thanks for your videos. I'm geeking out completely on everything Bronco right now. My Badlands non squatch will be built in dec...Can you share the exact lift components you used? On the 4WP site it just says front coil lift 2.5.... are there spacers in the back? Thanks!!! Also, do you know if the 4WP replacement crash bars will work with 37"s?
What do you do about tire speed programming ? I really like this build, I’m not sure that I like the the fender flairs I’ll be excited to see it when you try out some different ones
Looks nice !!!
That is one dope rig. I too would need to sell my F150 to get a bronco. However, I probably will not get one until Ford gets its act together considering all the issues. Love the 37's and package great job.
Never buy a first year ,vehicle it takes that long to work out the bugs in it regardless of all the testing they do.
@@andrewward1887 I agree. I'll probably wait 5 years... Hopefully they will have everything worked out .
Cool video! Thank you!
"Still not a Jeep" Dam straight! Its better! SFA boys are gonna be tired of hearing "On yer left" out on the trail lol
no they wont
@@bryan70546 it was a joke, nobody respectful passes like a hooligan on the trail. That said, if youre expecting the Wrangler to consistently outperform the Bronco everywhere offroad you are going to end up very embarrassed. Better to keep high expectations (deserved) and then you can relax if it falls short.
@@mattg8116 lol 😆
I'll take my Wrangler Rubicon on 35's all day over a Bronco. I'm sorry the Bronco looks like a Tonka toy to me. Im a Ford guy too that owns a Raptor. No one can say that I hate Ford....
@@bdsummers4 Tonka Toys are Badass though, lets be honest ;)
Have gone through the comments but have not seen answers to these questions: 1. How was the speedometer calibrated for the larger tires? And 2. Was there any re-gearing necessary to accommodate these larger tires? Thank you.
Looking good buddy
I like flares sick
Looks sweet 🤘
Nerdy Notice , if you look at how parallel the rear control arms are to the ground on the stock bronco the stock JLU/JLUR are already at a slight angle. Whether its noticeable or not this would attribute to a better factory ride quality.
Looks great did you have to re-gear it with the bigger tires?
What about the MPG with the 37”s ?
Do you have a bumper and winch install video? I've seen a couple that had to cut pieces of the Bronco front end frame off.
What kind of wrap are you putting on to protect the paint?
That is so badass
Great looking truck! Nice job. But please take off the crash bars. 😁
Ford engineers worked for years getting the Bronco to perform well on the street and in the dirt. The first guy that gets one says; "Hey lets jack this thing up and put 37's on it! LOL!
Ayyeee That thang got dat juice!!
like front bumper and winch
So did the front camera become obsolete with the front bumper and winch?
Why can't the front camera be mounted on the winch or bumper via a custom-made bracket? I think there should be a way to relocate the camera although one might have to extend the wiring.
Did you remove the front crash bars or did you replace them with something else?
I had thought of getting possibly the bronco badlands. So, you do customization of broncos? I don't live where you are, but saw you had a 2023 customized. So, if someone wants a bronco and say wants a hood with a hood scoop, winch and fender flares from tc custom how can I have all this installed? Again, I don't live where you are.
Hey Mitchell, it looks great! question...what is the height to the roof now? I have a Sasquatch ordered but with the MIC roof pushing me to 2022 I might change my order up and do aftermarket but my concern is fitting in the garage.
Wondering if i should do the same. I have a badlands sasquatch ordered, but i opted for a soft top to get it faster
Well considering we're all aware that Mitchell is 6'3" and he lines up with the roof line pretty evenly I think that's your answer.
Love it! P.S. Can you lift a Maverick asap? Thanks.
Did you have to get the 3rd brake light extension with the 37's? Would you need to for 35's?
lol " a little bit of road noise " , Nice !!!
I kinda like Ford Bronco 2021 , but I can't tell which one is best for driving in CITY ???
As I am NOT sure I'll go in mad....
what do you think of a Jeep WRANGLER (JL) 4WD with a 3.0 in. suspension lift & 35.0 in. radial tyres??? please advise . . .
Can you make a video on how you removed the sticker? I know so many people who want to do that! I don't have my Bronco yet, so if it was super easy I just don't know that yet.
Are you going to do a similar lift one the Lightening?
"Still not a Jeep" well I mean, a Jeep isn't a Bronco...
My ‘20 Rubicon on 37’s looks way better and is more capable. However, the Bronco on 37’s looks damn good..
In other words the technician is saying it sucks compared to a jeep. Lol he’s correct.
Can you like a video where a Bronco couldn't do something a Jeep could?
@@Wrangzilla I have a Moab Industries Rubicon & will have a Badlands in a month. Will see which one I like better.
I average high 15s in my gladiator rubicon with 37s, this thing gets worse gas mileage with the stock 33s? Hate to see what it does with the 37s
Do you have any videos showing the different colors side by side. Interested in carbonized gray vs black vs carbonized gray vs Area 51
Do you lose anything (are there any cons) by replacing the stock badlands, Sasquatch suspension with aftermarket?
Hey I have a Bronco ordered and I was wondering can you ride at highway speeds with the top back in the first position
Hey man! What’s the biggest tire you could put on a lifted bronco big bend?
yall left the lil crash bar on behind the bumper? looks kinda weird
Can we get a link to the lift kit you used?
What was the cost for lift wheels tires? Under $5k ? I’m debating whether to do this and skip the Sasquatch. Also do you think the 2.3 can handle this setup or do I need the 2.7? Thx!!
What gears do you recommend for 35” tires with a 2.3L in a big bend?
Ouch. I just cut myself. That’s one sharp looking rig.
Love the fact you’re willing to work with the competition, and to promote them as well👍👍
Can anyone tell me what the part number is for the license plate relocation bracket to get it on the spare with the light?
