Nick - super job - This Sunday I will be playing my Banjitar on this song - I see you have the capo on 3rd fret but still picking chords as if on 5th fret like you do on guitar - is this so you can pick the melody notes with an open and/or did you have special tuning of your banjitar.
Yessss team banjitar all the way haha! So the reason I capo 3 is so that I can have the open Bb on the g string. Both major banjo melodies (intro and bridge) need that open Bb and you can just fret all the other notes! Hope this help, and thanks for the sub! I truly appreciate it!
