Hai chef Deena why u seasoned with mustard n curry leaves. Wedont add this seasoning for mutton n chiken. The dish will be ok without adding this. N tastes good. Thank u.
In some dishes we can add its give some differnt flavour...in andhra nellore style fish pulusu...we add mustured seeds and jeera...for tempering....
