After my last video where i made your fingers come together I thought it was time for something even more amazing. This time, just using the power of your mind I can make your arms move in opposite directions!
This works better on people with a great imagination and also those who are more intelligent, but have a try and see what happens.
Just by using your thoughts we will make one arm float up in the air and the other one get heavy.

I had to open my eyes.. Me left hand touched the desk at where i was sitting at 1:50. Wow what a feeling Mark. Thank u for the experience, i tried your finger video example too.. I NEVER thought i would be able to be hypnotized... Thank you for the experience..

I actually felt my hands moving-
Since my eyes were closed, my right arm with the clenched fist was moving pretty wildly trying to swing at the guy who was making me do something so foolish! My left hand went into like a slapping motion. I was unsuccessful. Seriously tho, Mark's video on sleep is one of the ONLY and I mean ONLY videos that has helped me get to sleep (major problems with insomnia). Wish I could find more stuff like that as it's tough when you can't sleep, and he's one of the only guys who I believe in.

It's quite amazing actually how well this works and how when we think or imagine that something is happening our responds to it as if though it's actually happening. As soon as i imagined those helium baloons my arm felt really light and relaxed while my other arm got tired and exhausted from carrying all those heavy books, amazing trick!
My right hand went so high and my left almost dropped.
when he say he's adding heavy books i feel my arms going downward and i feel as if he is in the room adding more books. i. am. shook.

Geva he is not physic and the reason why your left hand feels heavy is because ur left hand is less dominant and weak therefore if u just try holding out ur left hand without looking at this video ur hands will feel heavy too

Guys I did it when I was high it worked perfectly, cool thing also was when your right arm is up in the air keep going and it feels like sand is falling off your arm and your arm becomes a tree trunk that just got cut down and was beginning to fall down, it was scary.

well.. I like this video but. There is a little problem... Your arms get tired from being up alot because our bones get very heavy at that moment . Not because of our imagination I have a brain disorder were I cant picture or imagin things and think. So that explains why our arms get very tired when in this position
+Doge Doge of course some people have more of an imaginative mind than others, but of course your arms will raise if you can visualise that balloon getting bigger. I've seen some shoot up in the air and people amazed. It's a brilliant demonstration, so a shame if it doesn't work for you. Sorry you are missing out.
