I was taught to flip the flatbread the other way. With the meat going on the bubble side. I find that when you toast the flatbread with the bubble side down, it sticks to the paper.

It's nothing against Miami and his family, they're just the owners, it's the franchise who chooses quality of ingredients.

I just quit my job at a franchised subway and, to be honest I never made buffalo chicken the way he just did, and if I put that much meat on a sub I would have to charge extra! Man that is the way a sub should be made!!!
