The stage scene in Offret - in Swedish, is about the work of the production designer Anna Asp. Documentary by Kerstin Eriksdotter -1990 - 49'
In this documentary, produced by the Swedish Film Institute in 1990, Anna Asp, set designer of Sacrifice, tells how was designed the house of the film, how it was built and the importance of the models that were created. It also speaks about the demands of Tarkovsky, his method of calculating the sizes, the characters and camera work of carpenters , painters ... , building the sets in home study and the life that gave each room. (sorry for the bad translation from spanish)

Producido por el Swedish Film Institut en 1990, en este documental Anna Asp, escenógrafa de Sacrificio, cuenta cómo planteó y diseñó la casa del film, cómo se construyó o la importancia de las maquetas que se crearon. También habla de las exigencias de Tarkovski, de su método para calcular los tamaños de las cosas respecto a los personajes y la cámara, del trabajo de carpinteros, pintores..., la construcción de los decorados en estudio de la casa, así como la vida que le dio a cada habitación. Asimismo, habla de los aspectos que no le gustan en cuanto a la escenografia del film.

Great to see what went into a masterpiece of filmmaking . I knew he was a perfectionist but I had no idea just how much went into The Sacrifice ( my favourite film of all time )

He put fire on "The Mirror" house a lot of times until it got "percect". In Andrei Rubliev, they killed a lot of horses until it got the way he and the crew wanted. This kind of brutality is very Russian.

Изумительный фильм. Прекрасное музыкальное сопровождение. Как жаль, что нет русских субтитров. Но его голос там звучит. И он там такой настоящий, как будто бы бессмертный. Сердце кровью обливается от того, что там он ещё не знает, как мало ему осталось жить...Мою душу греет тот факт, на съёмках этого фильма, у Андрея возник роман с одной из коллег по съёмкам и родился у него ещё один сын. Ведь в любви он был совершенно несчастлив со своей второй женой, которая клещами вцепилась в него.
Про них уж никак нельзя было сказать словами Марины Цветаевой, что они "одного моря рыбы".
Уют в доме, еда на столе, для такого, как Андрей, этого очень и очень мало. Его безграничная вселенная постоянно искала женскую родственную душу...
