    I’m Using 4 Different Weights Of Dumbbells
    55, 50, 45, 40lbs
    The Workout Goes As Follows
    4 Pushups
    4 Mike Tyson Push-ups
    4 Curls
    Repeat Same Exercises With Each Weight Going From Heavy To Light With Same Amount Of Reps

    You the reason i fuck with tyson push ups and weights in your near travels can you make a 30 day work out plan you have so many great workouts i get overwhelmed on what days to do what so im making sure all my muscles groups are being hit and when to take a break during the week or which videos should i put together in a week

I totally will work on some type of workout routine you can do that will involve a variety of my workouts and what days to do them and what days to rest. I usually do calisthenics and weights and running one day then plyometric workouts and running the next and rest on the seventh.
