I am so excited to find a buttermilk crumpet recipe. I used another recipe recently to make them and although they turned out well, I had a few issues. Your video explained a few things that will help me with my next batch. I’m going to try these today! I appreciate the excellent explanation and I won’t criticize your spelling errors like the school marm below. Lol.
