- Mount Konocti is a volcano in Lake County, California on the south shore of Clear Lake. At 4,305 feet (1,312 m), it is the second highest peak in the Clear Lake Volcanic Field, which consists of numerous volcanic domes and cones.
Although it is often described as extinct, it is actually classified as High Threat Potential.

Thank you! I remember being about 10 years old, standing outside listening to my uncle tell my father how safe he felt because we we 10 miles away from the volcano, as I stood there kicking black obsidian volcanic rocks around on the ground

No ND filters on this. I don’t remember the camera settings. It was just after sunrise. I got there before and was set up to launch at sunrise

@@thatevchick Understandable. Find a wide open area, check the airspace and go fly. This video, ua-cam.com/video/ixYnzcZZu9g/v-deo.html, has some good practice exercises to help get used to flying the drone.
You can also try the Maven App. It will assist you in doing orbits, spirals, cable cam, etc
I have several tutorials on using Maven that may help you. Look for Mastering Maven videos on my channel
