- My current deadlift progress. Lots of smooth lifts today. No stalling whatsoever on the 215kg top set either. Probably could have pulled it for a few more reps, but I felt it was best to save some energy for another day. I also finished each back off set of at the end with a 10 second static hold, to help increase my grip strength further.

Great work man!! Gonna try some of those static holds, next leg day. 💪 I just hit 405 lbs last night for 1 rep but it took everything I had to get it up Lol

Actually its an excersize where your back could injured 100x times than any other back training!
