I just wanted to comment again to say I did end up baking these! This was my first real baking experience and overall it was a success! I ended up using much more butter in my graham cracker base but I think it was because of user error...my mixers were not crushing them well so I had to add more butter and beat them down with my own power (and a wooden spoon). 😂 Still tasty and a good base! I also did could not find vanilla oil so I used vanilla extract and went rogue. I converted all the measurements (thank you, Google) and got everything close enough that the end product was pretty and tasted like cheese cake!!!
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us .. did you pure hot water in oven pan and then bake the mini cheesecakes or you baked them directly in the oven without hot water under them .. thank you
