Peach Upside Down Cake 黃桃翻轉蛋糕|阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen
Ingredients:
3 peaches
1 lemon
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted), 113 g
1/2 cup brown sugar 80 g
1 tsp vanilla extract 5 ml
1&1/2 cup all purpose flour 210 g
1/4 tsp salt 1 g
1&1/2 tsp baking powder 6 g
milk 140 ml (adjust by 20 ml)
Caramelized sugar:
2 Tbsp unsalted butter 28 g
2 Tbsp sugar 30 g
* I use 10 inches cast iron skillet pan.

1/2杯融化的無鹽黃油 113克
1/2杯紅糖 80 克
1小勺香草精 5 毫升
1&1/2杯普通麵粉 210 克
1/4小勺鹽 1克
1&1/2小勺泡打粉 6克
牛奶140 毫升 (加減20毫升調整麵糊)
焦糖:
2湯匙無鹽黃油 28 克
2湯匙糖 30克
