all purpose flour 160 g
1/2 cup unsalted butter 113 g (cold, cut into small pieces)
1 TBSP granulated sugar 15 g
1/2 tsp salt 2 g
2-3 TBSP ice water
1/3 cup sanding sugar 50 g, divided
1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 g
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter for cooking and greasing, divided
1 egg for egg wash
配料：

1/2 杯無鹽黃油 113 g (冷的狀態切成小塊)
1 汤匙砂糖 15 g

1/4小勺肉豆蔻 （沒有或不喜歡可不加）
2湯匙檸檬汁（1一個檸檬）
