Just purchased H+Son Archtype D T Swiss hubs wheelset from Wabi Cycles ; most excellent !! Put on my State 6160 frame and its a new bike . Your setup is absolutely spot on !! i am waiting for an Enve flat bar; which i Always recommend !! great shout out for Zach Gallardo !!
Clean minimalist build. And there's no such thing as a bad wheel from H+Son. I did consider 165mm cranks when I specified my road bike but chickened out and stuck to the 170mm cranks that"m more familiar with.
Thank you! Yea the 165mm isn’t too revolutionary to me and I probably would have adapted fine if they were 170mm. It never really fixed the toe overlap either which is why I tried the 165mm
This is like the exact opposite of where I live lol. I have the rear view mirror too, super handy since I mainly ride at night. If I see headlights, I give space.
Oh yea it’s just being proactive about being safe. No matter what other riders say, they’re always going to lose against a vehicle that’s thousands of pounds even if they have the right of way.
Just wanted to say I enjoy your content. Thanks for uploading. Talking about gravel bikes a cheaper option I’ve seen might be to get a 80s or 90s mtb and add drop bar as well as some other upgrades to make it a decent gravel bike
That is awesome to hear I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the content! And thanks for watching as well, appreciate it! Hopefully I find one soon I still have my eyes peeled for one.
For a 17t sprocket, you actually don't get double the skid patches with ambi skidding - at least not with a 48t chainring; you need an odd-toothed chainring

That build sounds awesome! I've taken the wheels offroad too and on some pretty rough stuff, and they are still holding up 100%!

SKS makes frame mounts for bottle cages, work great on my soma rush. Also I’m a fixie rider up in gville, it’s a great town for riding !!

Should purchased a Miche Crankset and got yourself square bb but if they work good and no complaints nice build.
Miche do look super nice! Maybe in the future. Thanks for the comment appreciate it!
Smooth and quiet.
Oh yea! Almost too quiet at time lol. Thanks for watching!

Me at the start of the vid "hmmm I wonder if he got the mirror idea from Zach Gallardo" 😂 aaaaand I just finally ordered one now.
Yep! Glad you got one too! Given the way it looks, it's just too worth it and am glad I've been riding with it. Thanks for watching!

Glad to see you back with on the bike and making videos. I just built up a Kilo WT with drops but this is making me consider going back to flats
Where did you find a kilo WT frame?
Thanks for watching! That’s awesome you got a hold of a kilo wt. luckily with these bikes it’s easy to swap back and forth depending on the ride/day.
@@Ryanpeech sorry for the late reply but it was a Facebook marketplace pickup. Shorty after I saw a frame in my size pop up too
Sick edit
Thank you!
Fantastic video 👍 HOT Bike 🔥
boy not a single soul wow 🤩
Are those 28mm tires?
No they are 25mm tires. However, I know the frame can take up to 35mm, but am going to try 38 soon!
