I wish you could select number of cycles to do. I am retiring my Powerlab 8 for this, hope it is good :)
Bonus points for the power switch!
Is there a button to turn it off or is it simply done with the button on the power side? Thank you
DC turns on itself, AC uses the switch. No other power buttons
@@AndrewNewton Okay then the same plug button is the power off button, thank you.
Thanks Andrew! 👍💪✌
Just one question: during balance charging the cell numbers sometimes flashed red; does this mean it's _discharging_ (-> increasing wear on) that particular cell at that particular moment in order to keep all the cells balanced?
Red is the highest voltage cell. Doesn't seem to be discharging
Bom dia Andew Deus abençoe sempre, excelente aparelho de muita qualidade!
Simple things made complex
Great review, awesome unit. One thing that always gets me with these chargers, mine is similar. Why is it that they output more on DC power, than AC mains power. I would have thought they'd perform better with mains power than running of a car battery at the feild
integrated psu is weak to reduce cost and produced heat...
@@derrogers so, if I got a descent bridge rectifier, and a couple of good smoothing caps, I could charge at a higher rate but powering through the DC circuit from a mains power source
porque cuando lo voy a encender lo tengo que apagar y encender un monton de veces para que prenda,le pasa alguno de ustedes?
Dirty switch contacts possibly. I would open it up and spray some switch cleaning fluid if possible.
Is the price in US dollars and do you need to login to buy
US dollars and looks like you do need to create an account
So basically this is two M6D chargers with a power supply in one package.
Awesome review, mate. Do you know where I can buy one here in Australia?
Don't think it's sold here unfortunately
@@AndrewNewton Where did you get yours from?
ToolkitRC sent this one to me for the review
Cybertruck :)
Does look similar but with the bonus that unlike the truck this is actually being delivered!
That's hilarious, it even has wheel wells. I can't unsee it! 🤣
like just how many chargers are they going to release lol ? they have like 10 plus of them now lol all the same really
You charged a lipo battery with the charger set on “LION” that’s why your end voltage was set at 4.1 volts but you said 4.2 volts. How did that not destroy something? Also not good to be showing this to total beginners. Most experience people will catch your mistake and make corrections. Andrew you know better than that.😊
Yes you're right, but it would under charge the LiPO.
@AndrewNewton How I can use the code? there are no way to use it on the web
Waiting for a reply from ToolkitRC, I'll let you know
They say to enter the code in the Note (within 200 words) section
@@AndrewNewton thank you very much Andrew!!!
@@AndrewNewton I put in the code and the price don't have any change
@@miguelj.cardenas4841I'll ask again
