To be honest it's hit or miss for me with your reviews (probably just a matter of preference) But I watch your review videos to completion because it is very entertaining. And I still buy tables you highly rated.
The physics imo seem more lifelike, faster and harder. I'm personally considering only my favorite fx3 tables to port over as the experience has improved. Wondering tho if any tables I didn't like are better with this version?
I'm not the creator of the video but I want to put in my opinion. I believe that Pinball FX has better physics than FX3 for MOST tables. FX3 the ball feels like it has no weight, you can easily blast the balls up ramps with ease and it feels sporadic (which does happen in real pinball, but not to this extent!). The ball in FX feels heavier, and bounces feel very realistic, even unlucky bounces! There are, however, some tables I like in FX3 more, some examples for me are Funhouse and Addams Family. I will say that it entirely comes down to personal preference. I would do the 2 minute demos on the tables you like multiple times to see if it is something you like. if on PC, make sure to buy the legacy pack to save a few bucks! and definitely wait for a sale! Hope that helps!
I'm new to this pinball (only found out about it a few days a go) and the reason, I wanted to play some real life pinball games I played as a kid like, Indiana Jones, Getaway, Adams Family and was sad I went through the whole video and didn't see any of these.
Here's how I've been doing it personally. I grab all the new stuff when it's released, or as soon as I can. The old tables I just grab when they're on sale.
E.T. is a table that i'll be happy to play with the voices turned off, they're just awful, especially with that boy saying that annoying line every 10 seconds "Come on, what are we waiting for? lets go!", Ugh!

Pinball fx is bad optimized.Latency and very high frametime. I switch back to fx3.Much better for me.Great video!
