It's so hard to let go. Even when it's the only choice. When you feel love for someone and they betray you, it's one of the worst experiences you can go thru. It hurts so bad, so so bad and no one can make the pain go away except yourself. I'm still dealing with the pain of my ex leaving me, as well as lying to me and seeing another man behind my back. I've never hurt like this before. I've dealt with the death of loved ones and close friends however this is a different kind of emotional pain. I pray for myself and anyone else who may be in a similar situation, that we learn how to let go of the pain and focus on moving forward with life. Life isn't over just bcuz someone has done us wrong. Please God help us get thru the hard times and move on from them. It's so hard but I believe it is possible to get over it and there may be something better waiting for us on the other side of this. I suppose forgiveness is the only option bcuz holding on to the pain is not the answer. I understand this and yet I am still struggling. Why must it take so much time and strength to let go? I just want to forget the past year of my life and wake up tomorrow as if it never happened. Be careful who you trust bcuz the people you love the most can hurt you the most. God is the only one you can really trust that everything that happens in life is for a reason even if we don't understand why things happen. Please and thank you God, and be with those of us who are struggling🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I'm on day 17 of my break up with my girlfriend of 4 years. I still feel so lost and devastated but i have been through this even before so I know time heals. Such a higher way of looking at all the pain and heartbreak. I am with you on this one. I too have endured so much and for a very long time but I have come to a place of gratitude snd acceptance for the lessons I have learnt. I pray that your prayers have been answered. I was like this. I had to pray to GOD to help discipline me with spending. I prayed: “If I don’t need it, I won’t buy it”. I put to the side $1000 and started paying off bills, small ones first. Took me a year to discipline myself enough to stay on track. Start with a goal of how much you’re gonna pay off a month. Pay yourself first before the creditors, that’s how I set aside the $1000. Pray every night for GOD to bring you through the depression, anxiety, and sleepless night. You will come out of this. Going through a terrible breakup. My life hasn’t been easy. I do t have a family in the traditional sense. I could go on, and on about that. I’ve moved past that. During a very dark period in my life back in 2018. I turned my heart over to the lord. The beginning of 2022. I met a woman, she showed me a love I never had before. I mean outside of my two beautiful daughters. This love was different. It was pure ecstasy, and her, and myself. We lined right up. Music, movies, video games, outdoor interests, our politics, just everything. She swept me off my feet. She made me a better man, she put a real smile on my face. I can openly admit, I’m so far from perfect, and not all of the blame falls on her. I’m just as guilty. It’s not about blame. I still love her very much. It’s turning into a different kind of love, as I could never hold ill will towards her. Anyway, as hard as this has been. I’ve gotten away from our lord. In my confusion, pain, heartbreak, anger, and all else that goes with it. I know the lord walks with me. I know his hand, will give me the strength to move forward. Become the man I was when I met her again. God is my armor.

I got out of a toxic relationship I married the this person 6 months later I got out,we where together for a year before I married that person, I would make excuses for that person, stole money from my bank account for months, I found out 2 days after I married that person. I was broken, I couldn’t forgive myself I was so wrong to believe in that person
