Wow... that line... I'm going through a break up now of 3.5 years, the woman who should have been my wife in 5 months decided she didn't want to get married anymore and let all of this history go to waste. I've been suffering over the last few days but that final sentence in this speech really kicked me up the ass. Life does get better and there are far better things out there to explore and discover, I'm not going to allow myself to be sucked into depression and waste the chances I could be taking for a better life now. I want to do something with it with the power I have now of being able to control my destiny, my future is a blank canvas and I need to start painting it.
The soul usually knows what to do to heal itself.
The
challenge is to silence the mind.
Toxic friendships does not serve me no longer.
I lost my dad and my younger brother died on the eve of dad's burial. I have been low and my faith at it's lowest. These hymns have lifted my spirit. Glory be the name of Jesus.
Yesterday is a story. I’m so thankful for all my pain, suffering, and disappointments. I’m so grateful for everyone who disrespected me and/ or turned their backs on me.
No you’re not. You would have preferred to get to where you wanted to go without the pain. You simply chose the miserable path. You could have had fun along the way, but you enjoy suffering. That’s fine, though. So did Jesus. Once again, suffering is a choice because God gave you free will.

When we listened and hear these messages, you realized so much but then my heart is stupid and stubborn and I really wish I could get myself out of this painful situation and just move on.. I am struggling and its so hard.

Something keeps me pulling back from going forward. Something like a fear and a trauma others think it is silly. I I'm trying to move forward without getting hurt and the more I move forward I feel so trapped. This video kinda helped me for thinking that the boat had sailed, instead of looking back at the waves that crashed I wanted to focus about the adventure ahead

Here I am shedding the last tear for all my wrong doings. I was captured by this video, I felt it. I have been doing all the shadow work. I have forgiven myself. Everything in my life is starting to fall in to place better than I could have ever imagined. I wanted to share this message with the rest of I. We can do it, it’s possible if you let it.

I think I really need to hear this. I've been on a long road to healing much trauma and lost in the past. I started cutting ties with the monsters who did it too me and my life is improving. My relationships are improving and this message gives me the motivation to keep moving forward and quit looking backwards....

I resigned, under duress, from my job of 20yrs. My whole identity was wrapped in it and it was my whole source of income for my family. Now i am feeling inadequate, anxious, hopeless and helpless and regreting my decision because i cannot find another job the Zambian economy is quite rough right now. I don't know what to do, how to keep my sanity, how to make it through each day..
You can't change the past but they control your future and that's the ones who needs to be brought to justice and hopefully they will be

Here is a tip... watch less entertainment/less gaming! Or ditch it altogether because watching the screen will rob you of dealing with reality and will rob you of problem solving power. My life improved so much when I turned off the mindless entertainment. Use that time to connect to people in real time and read/study.

I have been doing a lot of soul searching, and deep transformative work and I stumbled upon this when I was feeling overwhelmed. Thank you so very much, it was exactly what I needed to hear and solidified all the work I had done on myself.

If Jesus really was God and really did resurrect, why did no one write about him for 50 years!??? I could go on...but that is just one huge red flag amongst hundreds about Christian history.
But the fact that not one single story in the bible has any Concrete evidence, that alone should make you question it. And why are there so many different, contradicting holy books, personal gods and religions? They can't all be true. But they can all be fiction and completely made up. You have been brainwashed by your parents and environment to believe just like the 2 billion Muslims were brainwashed to believe in something completely different. Think about it.
My wife wanted to divorce me and this is very much needed, thanks! And being alone in this country without friends and family makes it even harder. I hope I can do it.

Eddie this is so true. I listen to you pretty much every day. I make new years resolutions. My big resolution this year was to let go of so much of my past. I have been very successful and found more peace than I have in years if not ever. I live for today and tomorrow. But we all know tomorrow is not guaranteed.

We all know about letting it go and move on. But the memories are the one pulling us back. Specially letting go the one you loved is the most difficult! I just got divorce after 19 years of marriage. My wife no longer wanted to continue the journey with me together anymore. Today I am letting it go now, and continue the journey alone. I am going to be fine.
