Well Mart that's one that you have saved for a few more years, someone with a domestic garage could continue with making as nice as they wanted. When you find something that interests you some of us will find it interesting, in the meantime thanks for 75 interesting videos on what looked like a no hope prospect.
Hi Mart. As an owner of a ‘58 Prefect and a 59 Popular, I’m very impressed with your Anglia! The only thing that I’d have to do if it was mine, is paint the boot lid black.
All good things must come to an end! I really enjoyed your coverage of the hard work you've done, and look forward to whatever else you decide to do in future. Have to say, your 100e is right up my alley - solid, mechanically sound, cosmetically imperfect. I think its brilliant. Had I lived closer, and wasn't so tight on cash (just bought my first house!) I'd be keen to buy it. Anyway, all the best 👍
Ok Mart, That E100 needs either a 59AB or 8BA installed. Would be quite the project. You might consider a turbo for a 1 liter engine. They're out there and not too expensive. I still am in awe of your perseverance on this project. That car looked like a scrapper for sure.
I find if you pull the backing tape off , and heat it with hair drier/heat gun, and also the surface that your sticking it too, it really sticks well , moreso in cold weather
Gotta love those small jobs. They are very rewarding. I wish you were closer to me, you could fix up my old junk!😁 You are in possession of some really sought after old Fords, 32, 33, 41 Pickup and a very cool Model A Roadster with a V8 in it. You could spend some time and elbow-grease on any one of them and make them a little more comfy to drive. I drove my 49 F1 into town the other day, it was in the high 30'sF and ended up raining a bit. Roll-up windows, heater/defroster, and windshield wipers certainly made for a nicer trip. I took some video I'll have to get busy and post it.
Dangit, started watching at about part 62, and just spent two days watching from the beginning. It's nice to see a Ford running with what Uncle Henry gave it. Unless an Aquaplane head or some such turns up for pennies (yeah right) I'd leave it as is.
Cheers our Mart, enjoyed the videos mate. Job is a good one as they say. See you on the next project mate. Inspired me to dip my toe into a classic again. Looking at a MGB GT that just needs light work doing. Unfortunately not having my garage anymore is awkward to say the least. Any well done mate , hope to pop in again and chat when your way.😊
Mart, We have been watching you with the 100e since we met you at Gaydon with our Green 100e,i feel we are watching a dear friend fixing their car. It has been a pleasure watching you from video to video. I feel sad that the work has been completed on her and we will not see her in the vlogs, but i can not wait until we see you at Gaydon with her. Take care Mart and look forward to your next vlog on whatever you do. Maggie & Graham.
Thanks Mart. Loved this journey with the 100e. Whatever comes next I’ll be glad to join you on the next one. Personally I love the idea of a 4 speed conversion for the 100e. I think that would make it much more enjoyable to use nowadays. But if you need to tinker with the thunderbird that’ll be cool too. Thanks for taking time to share the tinkering and dickery in the garage. See you on the next one. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I must thank you again, for a most engrossing series of videos of your 100E. I feel sad they are at an end, but congratulations to you for overcoming all the problems and triumphing.
I have enjoyed watching the 100E. Thanks for the show. How about a Mk1 Cortina? I have a GT model. I will need your expertise when I start working on it. Thanks again!
I've really enjoyed the journey with little 100e I guess any OHV and a 4 speed would improve its usability but they're not exactly cheap or common any more . I look forward to whatever come next . Its a great channel to watch Mart
Are you going to rattle can the boot lid?……great project ah kid , really enjoyed the work you’ve done on the little ford😎👌🏽 it’s nice working on something that has memories from your childhood . Your talking yourself into changing the gearbox😂
Hi Mart, it's been a good little series, I think you should enjoy the 100E as is for a while go to your car meets etc. doing the Thunderbird sounds like a good idea to me and just keep an eye out for something that takes your fancy.
Thankyou Mart for keeping me entertained great entertainment, I actually learnt a lot and have taken more notice of 100Es for sale here. Mart we all want more space. I want another Rootes car (Series III) or an early Mini but space precludes that.
Thank you, it has been a pleasure following your project, with a quite ordinary small car from the 50s. you'll feel like it yourself, I'm slowly starting to look for an Opel Rekord from 1953, the first year with the new pontoon body, looks a bit like a mini Chevrolet ;-)
Thanks for taking us along on the journey Mart, really enjoyed it, a great little car. How about a roof and windows for the 32 sedan, just a thought. It would also be good to see the 33 getting a bit of love again. Maybe take a few weeks off, you deserve it.
Great work Mart. A 4 speed would be really interesting. The 3 speed box really affects drivability - I live in North Derbyshire and every gradient is 20mph in second. Would be interesting. Ben
Think this video was great 👍 not been able to watch all of them though started watching your series and channel while looking for 100e’s because I wanted to buy one though as always space is the problem more than anything so just me and my Austin A35 van at the moment
Good work Mart, saved another one. Don't worry we will be here when you get your hands on something new to do :-)
fantastic achievement, many thanks for all the time spent filming and editing, enjoyed every minute 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌
Cheers Max. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for following along.

Maggie & Graham.
You could paint the deck lid (boot). Really have enjoyed your videos over the years...
Maybe brush-paint the boot lid Mart, or roller. Then cut & polish. Just a thought.
A handy trick when using small slotted self tappers. "Tap" the hole with a similar size Phillips screw.
Good stuff, Mart. Personal opinion: Get to work on the Sedan, or one of the others already in the garage.
Congratulations on finishing the 100E. I watched every video and enjoyed them all. I look forward to whatever you do next sir.

Really enjoyed the 100E series! I think The 32 sedan would be faster with glass and top! Sound like a broken record don't I?
