Great day out, more tyre squeal than a Taylor Swift concert, thanks for the content.

Love these vans and definitely on my future shopping list. Currently have my first car an Austin A35 van and a Ford model Y van. Though unfortunately my A35 van has been replaced by the Ford in the garage so isn’t quite as clean as this beauty, though by no means rough. Really needs to both be stored inside, though can’t quite bring myself to sell the Ford.

Well this was a real treat Mart. Als 41 rear fender should knock out with a little work, I had an "ouch" moment with the same on my one a while back. Any body man with the talent of Scott from CWM should be able to do a good job of it. Pity Geoff couldn't enter his MK1. That Zephyr powered rod sounded nice, they have a distinctive sound, I knew what it was before you mentioned it. Thanks for this.

Great work . I ran a 100e for years . So easy to work on and so reliable . Just needed four gears though . Once you lose top you have to crawl in second .

Saying your not good at metal work just isn't true you've done a fabulous job on fabrication on both front corners I've seen professional welders who couldn't do a job better than that really well done Mart

I worked at a car dealership in the 1970s and used to sell new leaf springs occasionally, they were never painted as new just greased. 🙂

I've just stumbled across your channel and I'm hooked on this repair job my very first car was a 1957 prefect 100E in blue and ivory my dad paid £25 for it i was 16 and I spent hours and hours on it I still remember the reg, looking forward to watching all the episodes thanks for sharing the videos with us all Mart 😊

Hi Mart, many thanks for the mention and it was nice to meet you and talk about and comparing our respective 100e's. It's a shame that we ended up on the back of a car transporter but thankfully the fix was easy, took 10 minutes - most of that was finding the replacement HT leads!. This was a great event and we will be back in future years.
