- The Tornos SwissDECO 36 is the only Swiss Lathe of it's kind in the World, and now it's in our shop. The B-axis Capabilities and Horsepower on the live tools is unlike anything you've seen on a Swiss Machine and that's just the begining.

Can’t wait to show everyone what this machine can actually do! So much potential content
best part is the clear (rear) door and looks more roomy compared to a Citizen. maybe i could get my big ass in there easier.
5:22 "imma swipe to the right"
Control: *how bout no*
Tornos killin it. GJ Donnie and Corey!
Exciting stuff! Can't wait to see what this beast is capable of! I know Donnie has some crazy projects coming, its gonna be fun!
Those swiss machines are the absolute BEST!
TITANS have been purchasing some pretty awesome machines the last year and a bit!
I'm envious!
"Purchased"
"Purchasing???" Haha are u serious? Titans doesn't purchase Nything they u see them use except their employees & maybe the filming equipment. Everything is given to them from sponsors....machines, tool & workholding, even the raw material, consumable tooling, & coolant. "Purchasing"....that's comical.
The SwissDECO 36 is a whole different animal. I’m looking forward to seeing more content utilizing the B-Axis. Shops operating machinery at that level will rarely have problems finding work for them.
Donnie has an infectious energy talking Swiss machining 👍
Awesome machine! Can't wait to see what projects you have in store for it Donnie!
Tornos is killing it with the Deco! Can't wait to see it in action. LFG! Corey awesome editing! Donnie great stuff!
What an awesome machine and good job Donnie, your videos rule!
Dont be stuuuupeeed *dangle dangle* had me rollin lol
Great video Donnie, I cant wait to see this machine in action!
I love Titans of CNC, but I do want to point out that the phrase "the only b axis turret swiss lathe in world" is not true. Index has a line of their Traub TNL's that have the B axis, and use turrets.
Does it swivel out? Or just rotate? I guess we can add Swivel as that’s a cool feature that others do not do… but Index is legit so maybe it does and we got wrong info.
@TITANSofCNC hi there what's the feeds and speeds for gold 24K
@@TITANSofCNC Index Traub has had this for 15 years. Swivelling turret and swiss turn. Popular in the dental industry.
Sure. But Titan is right. Traub and Index are both German brands. Actually near Heller in Reichenbach/Fils and Oberesslingen.
When you are visiting Heller, then perhaps go to them and let them show you their amazing machines.

Looking like the top shelf stuff working on the floor. Can't wait for products.
Nice, shiney toys are always cool. Love seeing all the new machines
That machine is insane! I have a tiny bit of experience working on Swiss machines and of course everything on it is insanely nice and convenient but one thing I love is that the spindle area is nice and open so you don’t have to contort your body in order to adjust the spindle
That modern control update is nice. I agree that outdated, unintuitive controls, are a major handicap to productivity.
Nice machine,Congratulations🎉
Love the ENERGY!
With all those accessories how much power does this machine need? It would be nice if you guys could do a short video about how much power and air some of these machines need. That changes what you might need at your shop and is very important consideration. Charles
Swiss technology at it's finest! That's why I like swiss firearms they are just so intricate and beautiful. 1889 Schmidt Rubin is a great example it has a super complex bolt.
I also love that the ball screw is above the spindle so there certainly won't be any chips that make their way down to it.
That rapid position jog feature would be such a source of crashes in my shop, LOL
The Traub TNL is also available with a turret with a B-Axis
Star SX-38 has a turret and b-axis, but they put the b-axis on a separate column. It replaced the SV38R, which had a b-axis rotating station on every other turret position (5/10.) 15hp main and sub. 5.5hp on turret tools. Both cool machines! I'd like to compare price...
Mazak Smooth controllers and by far the best controller I've ever seen or used
You're a wizard Donnie
Moves to Texas… and thriving. Best decision ever
I do like how even fanuc style controls are modernising. All controls should be able to tell you variable codes and be a bit more "conversational" now.
Though I think if they all insist on using touch screen, there should be a way to disable it as everytime I use one I always point to the screen while talking to someone and mess things up.
Woohooo finally made the ticker!!
hi , what a beautiful machine.
Seeing that machine paired with an LNS looks pretty funny to me. Would've expected an Edge Tech
Ótimo ! Ágil e preciso.
That's a nice job from Swiss like its watches.
Mad horsepower 🤯. BOOM😊
Who else wants to see a wrapped Titans of CNC Machine tool 😮!!
Why not a B-Axis with a full speed milling spindle and tool changer with access to more tools? Got driven gang tooling on both ends for the rest. Seems like extra stuff to get in the way. Glad to see you guys using some of these more capable machines though. Always enjoy your content.
Can't wait to see what kind of tolerances this bad boy can handle.
Program THREE programs at one time and make it all run ...that is CRAZY!
The swivel turret is a new one for me. But I like it.
I WANT TO WORK FOR TITAN
Is the programming done with Esprit
The glitter catch can was funny.
This insta rapid to position seems like a serious source of damage to me. Is there any safety feature included?
Crazy machine! Looks super good! Nice video👏
Love consuming content on the latest and greatest, but these videos get hard to watch with the number of times that referencing front end software as 'controls' happens. Primarily because this channel gets marketed as 'educational.' Would like to see more technical information breakdowns when going over the machine specifications, a quick google search and you find that this control is actually a FANUC 31i-B5, but it's nice to see that machine tool builders can take a control that may have more an older style of operating screens, and give them a modern look or feature set with a front end like this. The CNC industry as a whole seems to be entering a new era in terms of usability; it's nice to see how the level of entry for different control systems are able to adapt to the new generation of operators and machinists.
me reading the title : [only B-axis swiss lathe] no its not
me re-reading it : [turret] oh 🤑🤑
Hey Donnie, quick question.. umm.. can it cut Swiss cheese bro?
How do you think the holes got there?
I wonder how much such machine cost?
are you guys manufacturing parts with all these machines or what?
Go show us the demo dude ❤❤❤
haha dang, everything sounded cool until he related it to being like the apple phone. . . .yup, not even naming it, haha. It's all good though, some people follow the herd happily, some break off. Cool machine though! Looking forward to the upcoming videos!
Fucking sick!!!!
Modern? But where do the punch cards/tape go?
is it running yet? let's go already lol
Yes, but the videos need to come out in order😉
Sir yours company is vacancy
The what axis?
can someone make a gif out of the "dont be stupid" lol
They made swiss-cheese that is on point
Can we use ai in cnc to in cad modeling or may be in optimizing cnc to get more efficient will yo plz make a video on this topic
It's coming, but it's not quite there yet.
Next, 9 axis mill turn Swiss lathe with a sub and turret
Hey so this is gonna seem really random but I think you guys have the power to solve the problem. Do you remember the Nintendo 64 and it's controller? Tonnes of people have attempted to recreate the joystick and bowl for that controller out if steel but they have almost always run into production and delivery and demand issues. The n64 speed running community is healthy and the retro gamer community is even healthier. If you could reproduce those sticks people would pay a good premium for them

1:11 You're welcome
Did the machine YODELEEEEIIOOUUU when you unpacked it??😅
I hope they will hire you to make Billion artillery shells
She’s a beaut’ Clark
😲
Can I just walk into a shop and say I learned from titan on you tube and they will put me on a 900,000 dollar machine??? That’s what you guys sell
Donny......idk what you get paid, but whatever it is, it is not enough.
I feel like Tornos is the only company that makes their machines sexy.. I know that sounds weird, but you probably get it.
NC to CNC to ... what is this going to be called? CNC just doesn't do justice...
The videography is good but way too fast paced, slow it down a little eh
3:21 sorry forklift-kun but no matter how much you try to look like it you will never be a ceiling crane xD sorry couldnt withstand the temptation
its baffling to me how we are in 2024 and most new and up to date controls still makes you feel like its 1989 (Insert of Joe Pesci's ''wtf is this pos'' meme)
That control alone is why I'll never own it. A swiss machine in my shop stays for 40 years, a touch screen isn't going to last. A machine shop is an industrial environment get use to it. NOT A VIDEO GAME. I owned a Deco once, Citizen once, Star machines for life for me. Operating panel layout unchanged in 30 years. Machine pendant continuity is important when you have lots of machines in this business.
the nicest machine on the planet? 🙄
The Only B-Axis Turret Swiss Lathe in the World? 🙄
Guys have a look at the Traub TNL32-7B 😎
B axis turrets are dumb. Would have been far more usable with a b axis capto spindle. Maybe c3. That would be bitchin
I built a CNC out of spare parts and it has great controls based on Marlin. Running a touchscreen it’s obvious and intuitive and it’s like 10 bucks. These guys don’t just simply don’t know what they’re talking about. There’s been great stuff around for a long time. It’s just that people get stuck in their stupid. Which makes their catchphrase don’t be stupid kind of funny
Sounds like you built a 3d printer, but I guess if you know what your doing you must have a massive warehouse filled with machines as capable as these. You must be so rich…
